Gang stalking case study: Everton Brown, WOODLAWN, Md mass shooting, neighborhood disputes: how police use the community, black ops, and racism to target activists

Everton Brown was first and foremost, an activist, regardless of how later news reports covered the story of his burning and shooting rampage. Even as he was shot by police, he was standing next to his own vehicle which had a sign on it, reading

That is an extremely profound insight, considering that it was likely a black cop who shot him to death, that cop completely aware of Mr. Browns history with that police department, because modern policing utilizes CIA derived technology and methodology to target people in the “domestic” theater, this technological assault called “predictive policing“when approaching events.

These cases do NOT happen randomly, or without prior police interactions, sometimes spanning decades, as we saw for Mr. Browns many “calls for help” alongside his activism about police brutality coincide with many police interactions where they followed him, stopped him, detained him, over e thirty year period. The question is: why did they stop Mr. Brown over a period of 30 years–but NEVER charged him with any crime? This is what “state stalking” is–endless “investigations” and stops, designed to cause the target to consider moving away, just as we saw stated in the Pasco County cases..

So, they turned Mr. Brown into a “permanent suspect” of some kind, despite having no criminal record. His calls to police for many years ABOUT his neighbors finally resulted in his neighbors obtaining “peace orders” against HIM, despite the fact that he had been very vocal about being targeted long before his neighbors complained–a complete inversion of one man’s personal narrative.

But the press surely didn’t miss a beat with the slander campaign, as they ran footage of him excercising his first amendment right in protest against state sponsored spying and stalking, for which he eventually sued. Here’s one video.

IN these cases, here is what happens: the police work with “community policing” assets, including their police cadets–who are frequently implicated as gang stalkers–and when they are called by the target, they consult an “intelligence dossier,”and basically decide of they like you or not; if your records at their department are “friendly” towards police; if you have any “run-ins” with them in the past, and especially if you have asserted your rights, or challenged any of the many unconstitutional policing methods in use today in all jurisdictions, and kangaroo courts ranging from any of the hydra of family court, child support court, drug court, etc that carefully eradicate due process and civil rights issues.

Then the responding officers take sides. It doesn’t matter if you have ever been found guilty of any crime, what matters in “intelligence led predictive policing” is whether or not you are on board with police agenda’s, many of which are anti-constitutional. Any challenge to those bankster funded police agendas that defy constitutional due process is noted in those records.

Then, they push the envelope, and wage a whisper campaign about your mental health, your “history” as it exists in endemically flawed and biased police databases, etc. They turn neighbors against neighbors.Then, they sit back ad munch popcorn as the fireworks begin.

“Oh this guy is bad news! He was accused of being a criminal/ prostitute/tax dodger/drug dealer/wife beater/pedophile,” etc.They spread that around the community until they have completely toxified an individuals life. And, they do indeed use their police cadets, and recruits to do things like break into peoples homes too.

Further, we see how the African American police officers are merely what was called “uncle Tom’s” in earlier rhetoric of black power, and in fact their methods merely mirror those used by white supremacist policing of earlier era’s. Even the case of George Floyd revealed this flaw in policing ideology–his murderers were two “white” guys, and two “ethnic” profiles, one Hmong, one sort of racially ambiguous black/brown man. All of whom acted as a gang and killed a guy, and their “ethnic” makeup cannot be missed as the entire thing was caught on film.

Indeed, we see this in case after case of mass shootings and other bizarre policing activity like the Houston No-Knock raid that saw two white people murdered in their home by a now indicted “gang” of police led by a black man, Gerald Goines, operating closely with Hispanics. Eventually six more “ethnic” cops were indicted in that case alone Racism as THE hot potato being tossed around between police and institutional forces, and the targeting of their victims.

SO, the Everton Brown case then, becomes a war on narrative–another “black operation” for who gets to tell the truth, and decide the facts, and explain the circumstances, and so far, we see in nearly 75% of these cases, the ADL running the media narratives. It is not a coincidence that a guy from Nepal–who coincidentally had mad computer skills, and who was a member of the “United Negro College Fund” was killed, because “fundies” are all over the place in mass shootings and other mayhem, because NGO’s are weaponized.Use my search feature and search “NGOs and gang stalking.”

This conflict of interest–a race supremacist group like the ADL running media narratives about mass shootings–is directly equivalent to how the FBI worked with the Ku Klux Klan to run narratives of lynchings–and how the women’s auxilliary of the KKK waged whisper campaigns. The faces and the races have changed, but the old masonic KKK order utilized in policing is still in place.

As a “buzzword,” the word racism has long legs, as we see Peruvians activating along those lines too, and the story was even featured in the Kabul Times. So what we see in fact, is an international effort to frame America’s race problem as a world problem–which it is–but also that it denies black males agency as agents of change. How many black men have died here so that other brown, yellow, and “othered” men can immigrate? That is the real issue behind this narrative.

And, much like the Portapique killings where Gabriel Wortman murdered a few folks after his common law wife was in contact with US agents and spies, and a hornets nest of “domestic violence advocates” while Wortman was suspiciously and likely working with the RCMP; or the first mass shooting in modern history, by a half Jewish man, Howard Unruh, who was also involved in a dispute with his noisy Jewish neighbors*, we see the police and their well known, toxic spies at all times central to these narratives, in covert roles.

We see this come to light in the famous 1998 lawsuit that proved Martin Luther King was the target of multiple agencies–oddly including Army intelligence which had spied domestically on his family for three generations(WTF!!!), and exactly as we saw with the Malcolm X story; and using race to exploit vulnerabilities in the communities that they “serve,”as they perpetuate a “good black people v bad black people” narrative. And certainly Sagar Ghimire, a victim of the shooting, affiliated with the United Negro College Fund too–was a “good negroe,” to be sure, as Brown played the role of the “bad negroe” to the music of that toxic organizations tune.

Keep in mind that since the so-called War on Terror is at its heart a western jihad or holy war, the goal of which is to “cleanse” the world–and the guiding narrative of the world–so that it is a Jewish-christian-zionist safe haven, and other narratives that contradict that version of reality are being trampled at furious rates, as we see in the murders/deaths/strange suicide of primarily heterosexual male activists, and especially black men.

So, Brown’s case is a case of that–narrative control, and he definitely implicated the “FBI, the US military, and the community” in his gang stalking lawsuit, and only then after many years of exasperating isolation in his calls for help. That virtually describes “community policing” to the letter.

But who can possibly name all of the stalkers by name in a lawsuit where actual spies are actually spying on citizens? In the US, besides the 17 agencies that are tasked with illegal spying, there are thousands of “private contractors,” who target individuals, and few laws reign these groups in, or enforce prosecuting these spies either. Then, there is the most likely suspects: the townhome association that wanted him gone. Real estate and gang stalking are linked repeatedly all across the country.

Have a read through the post below to understand the “hidden forces”that were organized against one individual black man, who for all intents and purposes was indeed paranoid, and with good reason, as mobs of actual spies and harassers from many named organizations marauded through his life as he tried to simply campaign for his civil rights and the rights of others. Then, compare it to the case at hand.

In the earlier incarnation of the FBI’s COINTELPRO, we saw similar things, but today’s incarnation of that program uses tracking by cell phones, and internet too, a confusingly powerful weapon against individuals who do not conform to the “profiles” that are being imposed upon our Jewish-christian society by international powers.This, augmented with PSYOP run from Fusion Centers (all of which go by different names) makes suing gangs of institutionally sanctioned stalkers nearly impossible–by design.

Yes, sometimes, even “the paranoids” are right, and doubly so in the case of black men who do not back down while trying to enforce their simple civil liberties. Everton Brown was indeed a case of that, and his victims, were victims of illegal “community policing” programs where racist change agents manipulate one race against another to form a social narrative. And while they may have participated in the types of activities that Mr. Brown complained about, they did so with the complete and tacit encouragement of law enforcement in the “community policing” scheme.

Gang stalking lawsuits are not called “gang stalking lawsuits,” because they come in a variety of legal challenges.

Recently the Pasco County Fl cases (here, and here, and here, and here)against the county sheriff Chris Nocco have taken the spotlight because they targeted children, and actually invoke the RICO Act, which has long been floated as a way to attack these illegal policing practices.

In those cases, it is “intelligence led predictive policing (ILPP)” that is at the heart of the issue, and to give you an idea of what that means, it means this: ILPP is a massive set of tools and algorithms and on the ground practices that ALL derive directly from CIA and Big Tech programs designed for the battlefields of the middle east. And to give you an idea what that meas, it means that these programs use data from the FVEYs nations to target citizens of their own nations, so that at any given time, these programs could have access to a targets phone and computer, and send data to a squad car outside that persons house.

In the photo above, these cops were actually destroying their targets security camera, which is against the law. Imagine, police as destroyers of personal property? Yeah, gang stalking gets even more weird after that.

So, the Tree of Life Synagogue shooting is no doubt one of these manufactured terrorism events, where the shooter, Bowers, was likely monitored online from a Fusion Center, which is arguably a good thing. But the problem is, monitoring is passive activity, and that is not what these stories are about. Instead, it is very active, intrusive, and constant blatant surveillance and harassment-these operatives want their targets to know they are being watched.

The seed, in this case, fell right next to the tree.Who knew!?

Then, establishing that, these Fusion operatives tried to radicalize him by using psychological operations (PSYOP) that were designed by the CIA and DoD, for use in military settings. Fusion Centers actively staff such operators*.

Then, they tap into your computer in real time, and watch your computer screen as you type, as was revealed by Edward Snowden in 2013, and do a range of bizarre things that sound like “crazy” to most observers, Their tactics range from placing spyware implants on your computer and phone, to email hacking, to any of a number of other tricks, like stealing a Twitter posting, or cutting your internet connection repeatedly. It has the overall affect of inducing “learned helplessness,” as your attempts to use your own devices is stopped by anonymous asshole working from any of a number of Fusion Centers or private contractors whose activity has 0% accountability.

But wait! There’s more….much more.

In case after case of mass shooters, what we see are two constants:

  1. their online accounts ranging from Facebook, to Instagram, and Twitter–are webscrubbed and disappeared from the internet, which begs the question “if the feds and their FVEYs have nothing to hide, then why erase the evidence that led to the shooting?” And the answer to that is this: because agents provocateurs harass these guys mercilessly online, saying things every bit as bad or worse than the shooter himself, and bait them to say things that can be construed as violent. Then, the offline, real world gang stalking begins. It is really just an attack on free speech at its core.

2. In these cases, they almost never go to trial, because SWAT sweeps in and kills the guy, or because of the stiff and enhanced penalties for :”hate crimes” and “terrorism,” which precludes any lawyer from obtaining the evidence that I describe at point number one. If these guys live through it as Bowers did, they often cop a plea deal. This way, these brutal PSYOP programs of online provocateurs harassing people on social media, and gang stalking them in the real world never see the disinfecting light of a court room, and the brutal “mind war” tactics** used escape news stories of these events. Far beyond mere persuasive discourse, these programs bring psychological brutality and constant threat narratives that were designed for theaters of war, and some of these tactics are in use at Guantanamo Bay today.

Its a huge hide the ball scheme, and wholly unnaccountable to any outside monitor. Worse, it fails any and every test of the US constitution on first, fourth, fifth, 14th and more amendment grounds. The problem is though–how to get one of these cases in court and have the government produce the evidence above? The Bowers case just might do that.

**WE got a glimpse of the types of absurd behavior that these police gangs are using in the case of the eBay Cockroach Cult, where eBay’s executives used their in-house intelligence units to stalk and harass a few critics, including waging PSYOPs.

We also see the absurdity of this form of policing in the case of Ahmaud Arbery, whose stalking lasted for several years, and included a failed attempt to electrocute him with a Taser two years before they murdered him. I am following the case of a man in Mississippi who has been gang stalked by the usual suspects in policing, and its tentacles in the community.

Via Justia, filed in the Northern District of Mississippi, comes now Richard Moore, suing a few “gang stalkers.”

Richard Moore has been stalked and harassed by people who think they are above the law. And as we see in these cases, often they are “the law,” at least in their own minds. But the reality is that they are criminals, doing criminal things, and their is no one to “police” the police.

As we see in nearly every case of gang stalking, these gangs are comprised of nearly 100% current and former police, firefighters, investigators and others who cover over each others stalking and harassment crimes; and none of them believe in the rights enshrined in the US constitution, or the rule of law.

The cases of Rick and Cindy Krlich, which details “Small Town Terrorism,” and the case of the eBay “cockroach cult” currently being prosecuted by the Department of Justice, the case of the cold blooded murder of Ahmaud Arbery, and most recently the case of the Pasco County Sheriff targeting children are all examples of gang stalking lawsuits (more on the latter here, and here, where one of that departments k-9 officers is suing too.).

For many decades, an under current of conversations regarding western social structure discussed “police gangs” in somewhat hesitant manner for the obvious reason that critics of law enforcement become targets themselves. This threat FROM law enforcement is very real, and claims actual victims, including homicides.

Here below is one example of how actual police actually threatened people, after an actual gang of now-indicted police “gang members” murdered two people in cold blood after lying on a no-knock warrant, and planting evidence-an unimaginably anti-democratic practice:

Joe Gamaldi, he president of the Houston Police Officers’ Union said:

“We are sick and tired of having targets on our back,” Gamaldi said. “We are sick and tired of having dirtbags trying to take our lives when all we’re trying to do is protect this community and protect our families.”

Gamaldi said while we live in the greatest city in the world, there are some who are fostering resentment against police in Houston.

“Enough is enough. If you’re the ones out there spreading the rhetoric that police officers are the enemy, well just know we’ve all got your number now,” Gamaldi said. “We’re going to be keeping track on all of y’all, and we’re going to make sure to hold you accountable every time you stir the pot on our police officers.”

Police as targets? Since when? Since never. And as we see in the case above, Gamaldi was not just protecting “the narrative” by threatening anyone who looked deeper into it, but also, protecting an actual gang of actual criminals whose charges include two murders, lying to the authorities with malice, theft, drug possession, clock milking, and other typical criminal behaviors.

Keep in mind that this was an actual threat, and it was indeed directed at me, and others who write about these issues. My old blog was hacked and de-platformed shortly after I named these people online. And I even traced the hack to Texas. So what we have is a bunch of actual indicted criminals covered for by other criminals who issue threats, no different than any other organized mafia. How did we get here?

It started with scapegoats, and the ever present threat narrative promulgated by these exact same people, as we see in the example above. It’s unthinkable that police should be threatening people, but threaten they do. So the threat is very real.

But since the egregious abuses of the War on Drugs brought us scapegoats, and then, the War on Terror brought actual CIA designed and funded programs into our every day lives, laundered through many various state and federal agencies, these conversations have become louder, angrier, and more informed.

For example, mainstream media has covered various privacy invading CIA domestic projects ranging from Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) which track people across cities and states, to the more well known examples of Fusion Centers monitoring people’s home computers, and collecting dossiers of our activities.

None of it is within the scope of democratic practices, and all of it is completely in line with totalitarianism as discussed in our most basic school textbooks. Indeed, America and the west in general have become the exact bogeyman they feared from Russia, or China, or any banana republic ever.

Richard Moore is a so-called sex offender, and last time I checked, he is on the sex offender registry. Indeed he himself has written about it quite openly. His case is one of those deals where a guy gets caught up in one of the many entrapment schemes run by police.

These schemes are disguised under “investigation privileged” tactics and methods, and include all kinds of illegal activity BY the police and investigative agencies that it shocks the conscience of ordinary people once exposed. This includes what are colloquially called “frame jobs” and unethical practices that range from undocumented wiretaps of peoples homes and computers, to . Here below are just a few:

-Muslims are targeted with pop-up advertisements cajoling them to join jihadist movements. I myself have observed these in the presence of Muslim friends and allies.

-suspected “white supremacists” are targeted with “speech baiting”by the Anti Defamation League and other race-based groups who monitor social media and the internet

-sex offenders are targeted in so many types of bizarrely crafted schemes as to defy the imagination. Here’s more about that from the Florida Action Committee

-people who seek to buy marijuana pipes or seeds online are targeted with enticements to buy heroin, cocaine, and other drugs

Beyond the insanity of these registries, which is well documented, we find that they perpetuate the most hypocritical and worst examples of Jewish0christian culture, specifically the practice of “scapegoating,” which you can read about here

I encountered Mr. Moore’s case in this article from the Fort Worth Weekly, where a journalist explored “gangs” of “stalkers” and nearly 100% of those stalkers were and are current and former police, investigators, county coroners, and others associated with the massive US policing and privatized prison industries. Indeed, if you dig deep enough, you will find real cases of gang stalking.

But perhaps most strikingly is that the author, Teri Webster, who also writes for the Dallas Morning News, had asked to interview a notorious (and well funded) group called “Targeted Justice” who claim to “help” actual targeted individuals, but who are in fact, actual stalkers. They refused to be interviewed, but then, showed up in the article claiming otherwise. This is fairly typical for these groups, because in media terminology, they are called a “misinformation” and “disinfrmation” operation–a cover for this illegal police activity.

The leader of the group in that area is one Richard Lighthouse, and these people are well known frauds, all of them with one form or another of military and spy agency credentials.The entire operation is designed to discredit targets, and spread bad information, such as “electronic brain zappers! !mind reading locusts!! and aliens!! and GHOSTS!!! and talking to the dead!!!,” etc.

But its not as often that either of the following things happen:

-an actual main stream media outlet discusses gang stalking, and

-an actual psychobabbling moron appears in the comments section rambling about debunked pseudo science from the 1980’s era CIA “Satanic Panic” catalogue

I advise any journalist, researcher, or psychologist to read that story, to better understand gang stalking, and especially to note how disinformation is spread. In this case, we see one “Tifffany Fontenot” actually attempting to discredit Mr. Moore, and in doing so, clearly attempts what is colloquially called “mind control,” by inserting psychobabble straight out of the CIA. Note in the following exchange that she has reversed the idea that victims are in fact perpetrators–a staple ploy in their dialectic bag of tricks:

There is a particular man in your article who literally appears to be a perp. Moore is a registered sex offender complete with tattooed tear drop coming out of his eye. How did you find that guy? He ran a smear campaign on a leading member in the TI community using very common perping tactics such as name calling (one thing he called her was a whore among many others) and claiming others were doing to him what he, himself was actually perpetrating, and yet that same guy showed up in your article? Interesting coincidence isn’t it? There are many people claiming to be TI’s who actually are not in order to attempt to keep this global torture and trafficking network from being discovered by the public. They attack TI’s and try to make TI’s look delusional in order to keep the torture/trafficking network going.

Teri, Did you get benefit for writing this article in any way from the defense or law enforcement, or medical industry, or through anyone at FWW in ANY way via an EMF targeting business making money off of people you are doing a hit piece on? I’m just wondering because these smear pieces are a regular occurrence against TI’s being used as medical guinea pigs in the Global Ai Arms Race to weaponize the brain nonconsensually and being slowly slaughtered unto their deaths.

In this example, we see many things at play that to an ordinary observer just looks like another rabbit hole full of strangely shaped bunnies, but to the keen observer we see that Ms. Fontenot’s entire dialectic is hard right, religion based, full of actual and provable lies, and more, including that she has indeed targeted someone online, and likely offline too. She is a proponent of “reverse speech analysis,” which was concieved as a way for hard-right religious nuts to analyze rock and roll music to find hidden messages, a sort of offshoot of other junk science that seeks to find “the devil” or the Virgin Mary in slices of toast, and tree bark. These groups are massive, well funded, and dangerous, with actual homicides to their credit. Its is time we do indeed “target targeted individuals,” but this time by first identifying their actual victims, and then, suing those responsible, because the threat they pose is very real.

Only sociopaths, cowards and psychopaths kill peoples pets. But when police do it, we call it “intelligence led predictive policing.”

Police routinely threaten dissenters and activists with child kidnapping and worse. In the Pasco County case, these cowards targeted children too

When psychologists study people who kill or torture animals, they label these people as sociopaths, and psychopaths, discussed here by Psychology Today. Jeffrey Dahmer is the notorious Wisconsin cannibal often held up as one such example, but there are many more. These cases give us a glimpse into what is known as “the police personality.”

But when “gang stalkers” like the Pasco County Florida’s Targeted Individual Program Chief Chris Nocco’s band of thugs threaten to torture a colleagues animal, the media is hesitant to call it what it is, as is the case with much of the police personality disorders that run rampant and amok, targeting citizens and even shamelessly targeting children.This story is from 2019, and now, more people are suing him and his thugs for gang stalking.

Gradually, the narrative is changing, thanks to ROGS Analysis of gang stalking, and even major newspapers like the USA Today are starting to talk about “targeted individuals” using the correct terminology, and here below, we see some ADL darlings* finally taking on the issue, long after ROGS was spied on, targeted, and harassed by that hate group and their associates in policing:

A former Pasco County Sheriff’s Office K-9 deputy has joined the growing list of plaintiffs who filed a federal lawsuit against Sheriff Chris Nocco and several of his high-ranking commanders.

Former deputy Cliff Baltzer says his sergeant filed a false internal affairs complaint against him in 2018 and threatened to euthanize his canine partner and then go on social media and blame Baltzer for the dog’s death

The lawsuit was first filed against top Pasco sheriff’s officials on April 16 by three plaintiffs. They alleged that Nocco and agency leaders are “intoxicated with power and will physically abuse, intimidate, incarcerate, extort, and defame in order to ensure their absolute control.”

SLICE, and:

The civil lawsuit makes a claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, often called RICO. The suit accuses high-ranking members of the department of gender discrimination, falsifying internal affairs complaints and targeting people who spoke against the department.

WE also see many of the complaints of targeted individuals validated too, such as the following:

-gang stalkers will kill your pets

-gang stalkers will frame you for crimes or other indecent acts

-gang stalkers will isolate you

-gang stalkers cannot be stopped unless the RICO Act is applied

These are just a few of the examples that targeted individuals have long written about online, because as we see now, the narrative IS changing, and gang stalkers are being sued, and even prosecuted by the DoJ as we see in the case of the ebay Gang of stalkers.

So, some four years AFTER I wrote www.researchorganizedgangstalking.org , we now see that one voice can truly change the dialectic online. And, we now see that psychologists who have gone on record denying police initiated “gang stalking,” like Dr.s Lorraine Sheridan, David V. James, and Christine Sarteschi are total frauds and liars too.

*I say “ADL darlings” because the Anti Defamation League is about as far right, and racist as any other organization that uses race as a discriminator; and they use it solely for political expediency and financial benefit. It is this powerful lobbying group of racists that do in fact have a disproportionate effect on media. As a journalist I was myself stalked and harassed by that group because I refused to publish their divisive, racist lies and propaganda, many years ago.

They are well known stalkers, and contrary to popular belief, they are as far right as any other far right group, but manage to straddle both sides of the political spectrum, on one side as a powerful right wing force in politics (the recent bombardment of Palestinians is a good example of what they support )and yet manage to convince the world that they are Jewish, and hence “victims.” WE we can see this explained by “horseshoe theory,” but also in exploring the narrative of some of their Jewish victims too.

Good Reads: Below, the classic story of how a race supremacist hate group known as the Anti Defamation League (ADL) spied on and sold out activists in the early 1990’s, setting the stage for today’s modern surveillance capitalism, and the modern western police state. In lawsuits, and other media narratives, we discovered that this organization spied on, stalked, and harassed over 12000 activists, then sold or leveraged their data to other spy agencies and police around the world. This was then a relatively small operation which pales in comparison to the surveillance state that we see today–and that this spy operation was merely the precursor of what these same bad actors had planned, and was soon to come post 911, as a total surveillance state was birthed upon previously democratic societies.

While many gang stalking targets flail to identify who their stalkers are, and cast blame at any of the many alphabet agencies (FBI/DEA/DHS/CIA/DIA/DOD/AFOSI/NCIS etc.), in a process of “Type 1 and 2 errors of reference,” some sketchy psychologists* and especially those who claim to be “authorities” in this area, use these simple “naming errors” as proof of “delusions in gang stalking.” But in fact, while counterintelligence stalking, police gang stalking, and community policing all fall under a spy agency created rubrik of “investigation,” know as intelligence led policing, its really just spying by another name.

And yes, it is agency affiliated most of the time, and because of the “hide the ball” nature of domestic spying, there are many non-governmental organizations that routinely spy on and harass targets too. Of these many other scumbag organizations that practice gang stalking, the Anti Defamation League and its hydra of related organizations (like the pure scumbag conceived and typical cowardly online smear site Canary Mission) –are noted by many Jews as a race supremacist group similar to the Ku Klux Klan but with different religion.

Mark Ames is one of many Jews who were spied on by these people, and I direct my reader to enjoy this piece of work, one of the better pieces about the ADL Spying Scandal out there that hasn’t been web-scrubbed or de-platformed yet at the request of these notorious cyber-stalkers. It was published in the now defunct Pacific Standard, now owned by Grist media.

I myself encountered their easy to recognize version** of stalking and attempts to recruit me to their form of hate many years ago, and will write more about that at a later date, but for now, I direct the readers to watch every case in the news where some seemingly random stranger perpetrates a mass shooting, and then, the ADL tries to run CYA in the media afterwards, because these cases are very likely precipitated by ADL harassment.

Is there a case in the news that claims a random shooter, or “radical Muslim,” or a butter knife wielding car crasher, or “incel” hates the Jews? Last year marked the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Anti-Defamation League and the B’nai B’rith. The theme of the celebration was “Imagine a World Without Hate.”

A Creative Definition of Anti-Semitism

2013 also marked the 20th anniversary of another key episode in ADL history, but it’s not the sort of milestone National Director Abe Foxman will want you to remember. In 1993 it was alleged that the League had been involved in a grotesque rap sheet of covert activities, including espionage, illegal surveillance, theft, and the treasonous sale of classified information to a foreign government. It’s a hell of a tale, and not just for its cartoonish cast of characters: a corrupt police officer, a bungling “fact finder,” and a McCarthyite from Indianapolis.

I have no choice but to remember the story. In 1993 I received a letter in the mail. It informed me that I was the victim of an illegal spy ring involving members of the ADL and a San Francisco Police Department intelligence detective called Tom Gerard. The letter came with an index card that included my full name, driver’s license, the license-plate number on my shitty old Subaru hatchback, and the Mission District addresses of my apartment and the leftie bookstore where I worked, near Guerrero and 20th Street. My file had been marked “Pinko,” one of five categories that the ADL spymaster used to flag the group’s targets….

The ADL spy ring also helped trigger the 1987 arrests of eight Los Angeles Muslims—seven Palestinian men and one Kenyan woman—who were falsely accused of supporting terrorism and ordered expelled from the United States. SWAT teams broke into the defendants’ homes, detained them without charge or trial, and subjected the group, known as the “Los Angeles Eight,” to an ordeal that only ended in 2007, when a Los Angeles judge finally dismissed all charges and denounced the case as “a festering wound on the body of respondents and an embarrassment to the rule of law.”

When the Los Angeles Eight were first arrested in 1987, the ADL proudly boasted to reporters of its role in passing intelligence on the group to the authorities. Later, when the case was widely seen as a travesty of justice, the ADL backtracked and claimed they had nothing to do with it.

*the most commonly cited sketchy psychologists who have gone on record claiming that gang stalking complainants are “delusional” are nearly all pro-police, pro-prosecution, and anti-democratic These range from forensic psychologists to cold case investigators, and others employed in the carceral systems of various nations. Here below is a short list of those who are “gang stalking denialists”:

–Dr. Lorraine Sheridan notoriously went on record in the New York Times touting her internet famous online poll where she interviewed “the anonymous internet” for data about organized gang stalking, and denying that gang stalking is a social phenomenon, She attempted to discredit those who complain of OGS by stating that “they are likely delusional.” Quite ironically, the same NYT is on record documenting actual complaints of “microwave/noise/health attacks” on US diplomats. Sheridan’s work is not to be taken seriously by any researcher.

-Dr. David V. James of the North London Forensic Service is co-author to the Sheridan internet poll, and one of a long line of political psychologists whose work is used to prop up the police and surveillance state, notoriously a DVIC darling, authoring study after study about stalking. Here he is propping up the complaints of politicians.

–Christine Sarteschi is an associate professor of social work and criminology who has a book to sell, she’s a pro-police voice, and gang stalking denialist. She leans right, and is in every way affiliated with actual “gang stalkers” of the type discussed in the Fort Worth Weekly piece called “Gangstalkers.” She is also affiliated with the women’s networks of “domestic violence and family court related gang stalkers,” and is on record with the Canadian Broadcast System(CBC) in a series of disinformation pieces about gang stalking.

Most despicably, she calls gang stalking a “belief system,” as if its some form of religion. Then, note her language here “Their perpetrators are typically perceived to be powerful government or law enforcement officials, who are seeking to destroy the life of the TI , ” and compare that to this recent gang stalking lawsuit filed by the Institute for Justice against the Pasco County Sheriffs office where ACTUAL police and government officials were indeed seeking to destroy the lives of many people, using the bullshit junk science of “predictive policing” and whose victims are indeed discussed as “targeted persons”. Nice how these social workers provide cover for dirty policing, huh?

Noah Ricardo Green, Capitol car crasher: Yet another crazy “SITE Intelligence” related homicide

It has been said that the definition of “crazy” is doing the same thing repeatedly, expecting different results. But that is also, peculiarly, part of the scientific method too. The Capitol car crashing by Noah Green fits a pattern–he identified as a black Muslim.

Noah Green, above, killed by Capitol Police in yet another “mysterious counterintelligence related homicide,” which was preceded by cyber-stalking by anti-Muslim extremists. Rabid, racist zionist scum hate black men in ties.

RELATED STORIES: Both Malcolm X and Martin Luther Kings were targeted by the US Army intelligence, FBI, and “community policing” in the form of the Ku Klux Klan and the Jewish Anti Defamation League(ADL). But did you know that they were inter-generational targets of Army Intelligence? In case studies of gang stalking, we find repeatedly, that various hate groups and anti-Muslim Rita Katz and her SITE Intelligence agency* are actively cyber-stalking people who then eventually go on mass shooting spree’s, car crashing rampages, or create other mayhem. Katz is reported as a dubious source of intel at Sourcewatch, and other places, and according to the scientific method and solid sociological analyses, there is a scientific link between being “followed by” SITE Intelligence cyber-stalkers, and the creation of eventual mayhem. In other words, SITE Intelligence–and other so called “threat assessment” organizations are active causal agents in these cases.

Then, there is scientific evidence that an after-death smear and slander campaign of SITE Intelligence’s victims will occur. Look at this headline:

Suspect in Capitol attack suffered “Delusions,”source says

The man who rammed a car into two officers at a barricade outside the U.S. Capitol, killing one of them before he was shot to death by police, had been suffering from delusions, paranoia and suicidal thoughts, a U.S. official told The Associated Press on Saturday. Investigators believe it was an isolated incident from a disturbed young man.

Some of the messages were captured by the group SITE, which tracks online activity.

Then, here goes the smear engine:

“Green’s social media posts last month described searching for “a spiritual journey” within the Nation of Islam”

-SLICE-

To rational people, this means that he was NOT a fan of the dominant Jewish-christianity in his country, and that he likely had figured out that the Horshoe Theory is in fact a correct analyses in assessing the situation in ALL American domestic politics–that all American issues have been perverted into radical zionist fanaticism, regardless of ones “beliefs.” For Noah Green, he was struggling with ideology-but because he clearly rejected Jewish-christianity, he was an easy target for “threat assessment” which is based in both religious and racial profiling

Then we get through a few more articles, and we see that his “delusions” mirror gang stalking EXACTLY, including:

-claims of being followed/stalked

-claims that he had been involuntarily drugged by football team mates

-claims that outside forces had ruined his life

-loss of work

-his “beliefs” are called into question by “threat assessment professionals” all of whom are tribal Jewish-christians

These are not random crazy people doing these things: these mass shooters, car crashers, etc. are nearly all actual gang stalking targets. Myron May, Aaron Alexis, Mohammed al-Shamrani (the Pensacola Navy base shooter), Scott Bierele (Hot Yoga shooter), Ian Long (Ten Thousand Oaks shooter)–all of these men were provably stalked, and provably targeted until they went ballistic. So, something just ain’t right about CVE programs and the crazed people who are stalking and harassing these men online.

From another random AP news article, a snippet below that includes the mental health smear, but ZERO discussion about “the mental health effects of being stalked by counterintelligence religious fanatics,” like Rita Katz and SITE Group Intelligence. Without a doubt, CVE stalking and harassment is brutal, and neverending, similar to what we see in a related story about a gang stalking lawsuit in Pasco County Florida, where the sheriffs department targets entire families for many years BEFORE they ever commit a crime:

In two lengthy March 17 posts on Green’s Facebook profile, which was taken down shortly after the incident, Green wrote about losing his job and being unwittingly drugged. He said it was a “major goal” to meet Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

There was no immediate indication that Friday’s attack was religiously motivated, and the Nation of Islam’s Virginia branch and D.C. headquarters did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Green wrote about suffering unspecified setbacks in his life recently.

“To be honest these past few years have been tough, and these past few months have been tougher,” he wrote in the March 17 post. “I have been tried with some of the biggest, unimaginable tests in my life. I am currently now unemployed after I left my job partly due to afflictions, but ultimately, in search of a spiritual journey.”

Despite the lack of a job, he posted an image of a certificate that said he’d donated $1,085 to the Nation of Islam as a “Saviours’ Day 2021” gift.

Green’s brother, Brendan, told the Post that Noah had become paranoid in 2019 and accused football teammates of drugging him with Xanax. He moved out to his own apartment and then abruptly moved to Indianapolis, where he believed there were intruders getting into his apartment. It was around that time that Brendan said he flew out to see his brother and realized his “mind didn’t seem right.”

More recently, his brother said, Green up and moved to Botswana and suggested he had tried to take his own life by jumping in front of a car.

After he returned home, Noah Green appeared to view the Nation of Islam as a way to keep himself anchored.

In his most recent social media posts, Green wrote that he had been faced with “fear, hunger, loss of wealth, and diminution of fruit” in recent months, and was being sustained by faith “centered on the belief of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan as Jesus, the Messiah.”

He posted that he had graduated with distinction, landed a good job out of college, and pursued a graduate degree “despite not growing up in the best of circumstances.” He said he was on track to go into business, but his path was “thwarted.”

Green wrote that he partially blamed his setbacks on the “array of concerning symptoms” he suffered as “side effects of drugs I was intaking unknowingly”—perhaps alluding to the alleged incident in 2019.

So, we also see repeatedly, the webpages and Facebook postings of these mass shooters, car crashers, and butter knife wielding “manufactured terrorists” are web-scrubbed after the fact of their rampages, but what is less studied, and much evident, is that this web-scrubbing hides the presence of “whoever” is cyber-stalking the eventual “bad guy,”and that needs to change.

In case after case after case of these mass shootings, “incel” related car crashings, wild subway butter knife attackings, and other strange events, we see patterns. Here are just a few more:

-Anti-Muslim hate group Rita Katz and SITE Intelligence pop up in almost every media narrative that involves an Muslim, and the fact is that they were “monitoring” the suspect, sometimes for many years.

-the “suspect’s” Facebook profile is deleted immediately after the event, and Katz, et al. always have a copy of it to feed the media

-very frequently, police–especially undercover or plainclothes–are on the scene before, during, and after the shooters. This was most prominent in the Ten Thousand Oaks shooting where many officers were on scene as the shooter arrived.

-The ADL, or the Southern Poverty Law Center–a huge PAC established by Morris Dees, appears in the media narrative shortly after these events, talking about how anyone but them or their partners in these smear campaigns are a “hate group.” These two groups alone both operate clandestine spying operations, and the race supremacist B’Nai Brith’s media puppet, the ADL notoriously normalized domestic spying when it was caught spying on activist groups across America and beyond.

*Every single mass shooting can be traced directly to one or another of the many “threat assessment” industry profiteers, private contractors, and others with their dirty hands in the Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) money pot. Katz’s however is unique in that hers is an actual hate group, much like the ADL, or other anti-Muslim organizations.

Military stack formations, gang stalking, “gangs of police” and Israel as training ground for “domestic terrorists.”

I know two of my readers will just love this post, because it doesn’t play dress up with facts, or evidence of the “gangs” of military and police, aka “gang stalkers” who stormed the US Capitol last month–and that group of persons configured n the exact ways that ROGS Analysis PREDICTED, many years ago. The deck is simply STACKED by occultists on all sides of the gang stalking dialectic.

Stack formations, privacy breaches and catching spies online: online activity mirrors offline tactical operations in every way. Evidence of gang stalking can be found by recognizing that the deck is “stacked,” as in this example, where we see how X and Y take on more meaning than chromosomes in a DVIC charged dialectic, or in the next example, from Police1, where we see a “stack formation in a breach operation,” with the famous flying V formation compared to the wedge attack (Bronco Nagursky would probably NOT be too proud of these testosterone charged militants who wage war in domestic spaces.)

But among many things, ROGS Analysis predicted events, and configurations of persons that exactly mirror the group of people who stormed the US Capitol, as we see evidenced in this story about Kelly Meggs, and other tactical trained team members. We also see another key ROGS Analysis talking point too: many of these people are related to each other, as we see in this glad handing news story too.

Then, when we analyze these stories further, we also see the following ROGS points:

1- gang stalkers have an unusually high number of women in their contingents/cells

2- most gang stalking ring leaders (or cult leaders depending on how you view them)are military/police/intelligence agency trained, working with others

3-occulted intelligence numerology will be a feature of these gangs

4- you can track and trace these gangs of stalkers using simple online OSINT and SOCMINT,, but especially that “police and military jargon” is a key feature of identifying them

5- there will be references to “higher powers,” named secret societies, and other religion toned jargon, as we see in this example here. In that example, note the accusations of pedophilia, one of the worst slanders that the Jewish-christian society can use to target an individuals credibility. In the post-religion era, we see this as the last gasp of the devout to somehow distract away from the mass murder that they wage upon children all over the world, as if to say “sure, we killed some folks,” but you (hypothetical pedophile) are worse than us by very fuckin’ far!!!!! Cuz we said so! (without evidence, of course. OF COURSE! Because that’s what they do)

6- many of these stalkers will use terms like “silent holocaust” and/or false equivocations that somehow, today’s religion charged fanaticism is somehow “not as bad as” the Holocaust, or Holodmor (periods of history where we saw similar equivocating dialectics)

7- many gang stalkers use “counterterrorism terminology” mixed with “psychobabble” to mask their presence online

8-many/most are trained in counter-terrorism tactical assaults on civilian populations as we see in US police training in Gaza, and elsewhere in the world

9- both Hegelian materialism AND Horseshoe Theory create false and distracting dialectic divergences in those who themselves are “gang stalking denialists” and pseudo-rationalists*, as we see evident in the pseudo Rationalist “RationalWiki” discussion of Horseshoe Theory

I mean–I could go on, but prolly, just read through http://researchorganizedgangstalking.org, using keywords “Thirteen, 13, training in Israel, SWAT, women’s empowerment, pseudo-feminism, etc.”

Then, have another look at what you were looking at earlier today, to whit.

So, ROGS Analysis predicts the use of the number 13 in gang stalking related events, whether it is mass shootings, workplace stalkings, or local “community policing initiatives” where atheists, dissidents, activists, and journalists are targeted by their radicalized narratives, and online/offline activity. Again, see my earlier research in that area.

Now, here is a scientific claim that I make about “gang stalkers”: they use the number 13 as both a sign, and a signifier of their activity, and also, others adopt that in their overt and covert operations. And here is the evidence of that (and I have provided that evidence elsewhere too.)

Moving forwards, a little bit more about this sign: even mainstream “theorists” like the Smiley Face Killers detectives have noted this number in their research, which I have covered previously. They, like myself, have found evidence of a “5/7” configuration of stalkers, which (unsurprisingly) was also found in the narratives that appeared online about the Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock. All of that evidence can be reviewed at my other sites, and, unsurprisingly, many of these narratives also point to a covert child pornography operation/arms dealing racket run from Israel.

So, in totality, there is evidence of the number 13 used in these operations to signal across the internet, and I have documented that, and turned my research over to responsible authorities, while also allowing others to view my web presence in raw form. This is how you “fight” gang stalkers, but also, as we saw in the case study of the eBay gang of stalkers, collecting other evidence is useful to gain convictions of gang stalkers.

And remember: nearly 100% of ALL gang stalking complaints involves current and former military, police. intelligence agents and their associates, all of whom can be tracked and traced like scummy little weasels who steal chicken eggs in the dark of night–and even in broad daylight, unless you know how to trap them, skin them, and sell their pelts to those interested in weasel fur.

U.S. prosecutors are monitoring the various western extremist gangs of Jewish-christian domestic terrorists, most of which are comprised of current and former military, police, and intelligence agents.And some of those gangs use numerological signs and signifiers to recruit members, or stalk targets.

As we see with headlines like the following, most “gangs” of “stalkers” are comprised of current, and former military trained personnel, with high levels of “intelligence” training; and that these gangs have high numbers of women in them, some 40-60% being female. As we sort through this story, we see that six out of nine of those indicted fit the ROGS Analysis framework completely, including this gem, North Carolina resident Laura Steele, 52, a female former SWAT team member who was working in private security before her indictment-and see if you can spot the number 13 in the article, as these intelligence cultists signal each other using non-coincidental numerology .

“Steele sent a five-page document that appeared to be an online application to the Oath Keepers of Florida on January 3, prosecutors said. In the document, she wrote, “I have 13 years of experience in Law Enforcement in North Carolina. I served as a K-9 Officer and a SWAT team member. I currently work Private Armed Security for [company name redacted]. I am a licensed PPS through the North Carolina Private Protective Services.”

I would like to point out that this blog you are reading has been “followed” by people who also use numerology in their online mayhem, cyber stalking, and then, in the offline stalking that frequently follows, as most recently, this person calling me a “pedo” amd “Mason,” while hiding behind a Knights Templar online presence. Beyond the blatant Freudian projection inherent in that commenters diatribe, this is exactly how strange these cases are.

Strange talk about strange electronics is a staple of the gang stalking dialectic, as most “gang stalkers” are current and former military/intel/police and spies

Then, for comparison, the following day, that same person/group used that number AGAIN, as reflected by my statistics, but this time, sending the link to the US:

To the psychologist, journalist, or others interested in this topic, note the following three things so that you can understand why ROGS Analysis of gang stalking is a useful predictive model with which to analyze cases of gang stalking:

  1. this is a scientifically verifiable and falsifiable proof and evidence of gang stalking, seen across cases studies, which I have documented in cases of mass shootings, workplace mobbing, and “freemasonry” related violence, especially in the work place or military settings
  2. the number has multiple functions as a tool of intimidation, or terror in online PSYOPs, it validates the complaint that “people are following me” as well as validates the complaint that “occultists” are involved, as the numerology contains cultic meaning, specific to many occulted orders, and occult “gangs of police/intel/military” personnel
  3. the number 13-as well as 12–have certain, specific meanings to followers of Jewish-christian biblical narratives; and for the fanatics amongst them, even “deeper meaning” beyond bad luck/good luck.

So, from Chabad online, a primer in how the Moses myths and legends utilized “The 12 Spies” story to go surveying “the promised land,” in an early form of Jewish and white supremacist colonization in the middle east.

Then, have a look at the meaning of that number in biblical terms–it primarily means lawlessness, expressed in various ways that victims of gang stalking complain about, but has many other bible-specific meanings too. Here is just one “meaning” that rabid (lawless) Jewish-christians rally around:

The Meaning of Numbers: The Number 13

The number 13 is symbolic of rebellion and lawlessness. Nimrod, the mighty hunter who was ‘before the Lord’ (meaning he tried to take the place of God – Genesis 10:9), was the 13th in Ham’s line (Ham was one of Noah’s three sons who survived the flood). Thirteen represents all the governments created by men, and inspired by Satan, in outright rebellion against the Eternal.

The phrase ‘valley of Hinnom‘ (or variation thereof) occurs in 13 places in Scripture. The valley was the scene of the evil-inspired rites of the pagan god Moloch (or Molech). The practices related to this false deity received some credibility when they were knowingly allowed by King Solomon (1Kings 11:7) in order to please his non-Israelite wives.

One way Molech was appeased and worshipped was through the sacrifice of children who, placed on the red hot arms of the idol, were burned alive. The valley’s tie to fire made for an apt backdrop of the ultimate punishment unrepentant and rebellious sinners will receive in the lake of fire (Revelation 19:20, 20:9 – 10, 14 – 15).

Lastly, note its use in the story of Esther, where we see the propaganda and PSYOPs related value of that number explored in detail, as well as its meaning as “good luck,” as opposed to “bad luck” which is a classic and pivotal point between Jewish historical narrative and christian historical co-option of that narrative.

In fifteen years of studying this topic, I have found it three specific cults comprised of 13 members (and reported them to the proper authorities). I have also found this number linked to the MKULTRA era and US military social engineering, as well as these actual military intelligence cults whose work is now housed at the Brookings Institute, a Washington, D.C. think tank and a major contributor to the hidden, nefarious “Establishment” online influence operations.

With that in mind, many targeted individuals complain about being “mind controlled, and that claim has scientific validity here too, because “influence operations are that, by definition. But when we add threats, insults, and intimidation from people like my “followers,” we see that indeed,it is more than just an online buzzword campaign-that in fact, they do other things in meatspace too. In the case above, note that they literally operated from two continents, which is a significant “proof of gang stalking” to some degree.

Modern terror cells masquerade as “see something say something” types, both online and off. The reality however is much darker than mere charades and cloaked purpose, as we see time and again that “gangs” of “stalkers” aka gang stalkers are ALL intelligence agency affiliated, operating in domestic spaces, targeting civilian populations.

So, who do you call when its the cop-callers and “informers” doing the dirt?

One of the primary concerns within the gang stalking dialectic is that law enforcement and other “responsible report taking outlets” mask the clandestine activity* of intelligence agencies operating on civilian populations. There are thousands of ways to report terror related activity, simply by searching “report terror/illegal activity” and filling in your favorite agency name after that term. The only problem though, is that gang stalking IS our own people doing it, to others of our own people, which is against the law of all western nations, and even the UN Human Rights Declaration.

The Five Eyes pundits yammer on about how “the communists” of Russia want to close off their internet to foreign voyeurism, and nations like “communist” China struggle with simple “fair play” in an era of rampant spying by “democratic” nations via international fiber optic cables, going so far to call this last gasp of western Jewish-christian nations the ” axis of white supremacy,” a claim that has merit, as we see echoed in the Fort Worth Weekly article about targeted individuals, people like Tiffany Fontenot, who peddle junk science and unscientific garbage like “reverse speech.*”

Tiffany Fontenot peddles the junk science of reverse speech. I listened to a recording she made and it said “I believe in reverse speech,” but when I played it backwards, is said “Herp derp I’maperp.” These crackpots hard right liars and frauds are who gang stalkers are.

These crackpots and pundits appear in force in that article to defend the practices of gang stalkers, including extra-judicial monitoring of human beings(read that article). All of this derives from police narratives, and all of it is based in pseudo-science, lies, and deceptions. Here is David Oates peddling his junk science, and here is crackpot Tiffany Fontenot peddling it too. This is important, because we also see her virulently attacking someone in the comments section of the article after her and her cyber-bullies refused to comment in that article.

The problem has been particularly highlighted since the western governments scrapped their constitutional protections in favor of totalitarian measures of a “capitalist surveillance state.”

Where once (some) people in democracies could (sort of) rely on civil liberties like free speech, due process and privacy protections–all of that was erased after 911. And what was put in its place was an intercontinental surveillance network that eradicated these protections for all citizens, backed by smear campaigns and harassment by these groups. And in turn, that put ordinary people in immediate and direct contact with intelligence agents and agencies who had weaponized the citizenry as little more than the mobs we read about in history books, but this time, armed with Fusion Centers and internet. The cat was out of the meme, and it was no longer just a joke on the internet-it was now a matter of the cat coming and crapping on your door.

Recently, I explored a few different “social engineering exploits” that were targeted at me by people in the USA and Britain, and I did some social engineering of my own, in order to prove my claims. Here is part of that here, where we see “linguistics”exploits, and social engineering exploits in action, as I gained a few (literally three followers) here at this blog, all of whom are intelligence community (IC )affiliated. I wont name them here yet, but you can look at my followers yourself.

Well, part of social exploits requires tracking and tracing gangs of stalkers, and one of the best ways to get them to reveal themselves is to start a free WordPress blog, where you talk about who they are, rather than blather on about “electronic weapons/aliens/flat earth!/LIZARD PEEPLE/ or PIZZAGATE!!!!“

Having done that, many times, I have learned a few things:

-the Gemalto hack was an exploit whose ripple effect is still being felt today, unlike the “Nokia” chipset exploit( a UK/British operation).

-they all use the number 12 or 13 symbolically, for a variety of purposes, especially derived from Jewish and christian mysticism; but also these numbers are used in other pagan, neo-pagan and so-called Satanic practices too.And, it appears in military and police practices too, where we see teams of IC agents and other secretive groups organizing around this number.

-they are all Mi5/JTRIG/CIA/NSA/DoD/Mossad affiliated (in the west). Examples can be found here, by searching “number thirteen; 13,” etc.

-they ALL talk a hard right game online (see the flat earth/PIZZAGATE reference above)

-they all have contacts in the IC, and form networks of current and former spies, primarily working in clandestine domestic theater, disguising that activity as “counterintelligence and terrorism.”

-they all use masking software/IP spoofing/online repositories to gather intel against their targets. Exploits as simple as using comment forums to collect IP addresses, to more complicated exploits like the NSA hack of Gemalto chipsets, which I will cover below.

**I am currently mapping an undersea cable network that goes from certain Asian nations to South America (with a few curious stops in between) and for some strange reason, onward to Britain and Israel, via the NSA. The Five Eyes, a part of what the NSA calls internally its “global network” have their dirty fingerprints all over the latest spying scandal engulfing New Zealand, writes exiled Kiwi journalist Suzie Dawson.

The media response has predictably walked the safest line – focusing on the egregiousness of the victimisation of the least politically involved targets such as earthquake insurance claimants and child abuse survivors, and honing in on the very bottom rungs of the culpability ladder. They are as yet failing to confront the international and geopolitical foundations that lie under the surface of outsourced state-sponsored spying in New Zealand.

The truth is that the roots of the issue go far deeper than subcontractors like Thompson and Clark. The chain of complicity and collusion leads far beyond the head of any department or agency, including the Head of the State Services Commission. It goes beyond even the Beehive, the New Zealand Parliament and the Office of the Prime Minister.

At its core, this scandal is a reflection of fundamental flaws in the very fabric of intelligence gathering practices in New Zealand, its infrastructure and network – where the collected data flows, whom the collection of that data serves and to which masters our intelligence services ultimately answer.

This was written in 2019, just as major media began to address the “Five Eyes” spy apparatus that targets journalists specifically, and with a vengeance. It is much related to this kind of activity here.

On one hand, a convenient foil is to claim that “the communists” and the “pedophiles” and the “terrorists” are everywhere in order to occlude intelligence agency abuses of our own citizens; but on the other, to cover over genuine abuse of dissenters/activists/atheists/etc. by our own agencies.

So, what is “generational targeting” in this context? Well, Julian Assange is one prominent example, but there are tens of thousands (growing into the millions) more.

I am old enough to recall the pre-internet and how agencies called “data basing individuals” it a conspiracy theory. And look, here we are, with all FVEYs nations outed as doing just that, across time and space, targeting our freedom of association, our opportunities and more, and all of that without due process of law, or civil liberties challenges anywhere of note. Not a theory at all, but definitely a conspiracy
