From Democracy Now, we see the targeting of a person who had committed no crime:

AMY GOODMAN: Just before we go to investigative journalist, David Wise, with Jennifer Dohrn still in our studio, I think there was one last story we wanted to hear from you, and that was a trophy that the burglars got when they broke into your apartment.

JENNIFER DOHRN: Right. Apparently on one of the break-ins, they took a pair of my underwear and put it in a glass case and gave it as a trophy gift to Mark Felt….This was discovered — it was actually leaked to me by someone in the press years later who had gone over my F.O.I.A. files.

Break-ins to her home, targeting bizarre items that have nothing to do with crime, constant surveillance by car and foot patrols, and a raft of other activities that sound bizarre to any onserver are standard in gang stalking cases.

COINTELPRO, which Mark Felt is responsible for really implementing was much wider than we ever have come to really understand.

This probably belongs in my “Hero’s and heroines”file, but I will get to that later. For now, meet Jennifer Dohrn, and read about how an FBI director, Mark Felt, kept a pair of her soiled underwear in a glass case as a trophy. So, when psychologists and others seek to discredit the bizarre tales that that targeted individuals have after these “disruption”campaigns waged by domestic terrorists that work in any of many organizations.

So–are gang stalking stories bizarre? You bet they are.

Keep this story in mind when you listen to those who have been gang stalked at any level: the FBI DIRECTOR STOLE A PAIR OF WOMENS UNDERWEAR,and kept them in a glass case. And it wasn’t the famous cross-dressing J. Edgar Hoover who did that: it was Ämerican Folk Hero” MARK FELT, less famous as the FBI Director, and more famous as “Deep Throat,”the guy who gave Woodward and Bernstein the scoop about Watergate,another “weird”break-in by government agents on President Richard M. Nixon’s watch as criminal in chief.

From Democracy Now, more about weird FBI break-ins, and perhaps the weirdest part is that the agency used former FBI agents to do the illegal activity, exactly as ROGS Analysis predicts:

JUAN GONZALEZ: It became clear, I guess in the early 1980s, the extent of this — of the illegal break-ins and illegal activities. Wesley Swearingen, a former F.B.I. agent, actually testified that he had conducted — he was basically a full-time burglar for many years.

JENNIFER DOHRN: Like 238, or at least, he recorded.

JUAN GONZALEZ: At least 238 burglaries in Chicago and Los Angeles, and that New York there was a special squad of the F.B.I., Squad 47

Do gang stalking programs target children? You bet they do.

JENNIFER DOHRN: I lived in New York primarily. I was based in New York. I was very, very active in the anti-war movement and in support of the Black Freedom Movement and the Puerto Rican liberation struggle, and I was followed night and day by the F.B.I. I had my apartments, several apartments, wiretapped. Apartments next to me were rented by F.B.I. agents who kept continuous 24-hour surveillance of every sound made in my apartment. I was followed up and down the streets. I would get a job, the F.B.I. would go in after me, and I would then be fired from the job. It was around-the-clock harassment.

AMY GOODMAN: Were you aware of it at the time?

JENNIFER DOHRN: I was aware of a lot of it. I was certainly aware of being followed a lot. I was —- assumed that perhaps my phones were tapped, and I had no idea of the level of extent under which I was being surveilled. I had no idea that break-ins were repeatedly happening into my apartments. I remember when I was pregnant with my first born feeling extremely vulnerable because I was being followed a great deal of the time, and then it was revealed when I received my Freedom of Information Act papers, over 200,000 documents, that there actually had been developed by Felt a plan to kidnap my son after I birthed in hopes of getting my sister to surrender. So, my imagination -—

AMY GOODMAN: The F.B.I. plans?

JENNIFER DOHRN: Yes.

AMY GOODMAN: To kidnap your son?

JENNIFER DOHRN: Yes.

At the level of “counterintelligence”gang stalking, apparently anything goes. SO, America is not now, nor it ever will be again an actual Democracy. It is in fact a police and intelligence state by definition, which is why I write things like this, about diaper peelers, which is a real thing with these insane people.

America’s slip into the abyss of total police state started with sex offenders, and targeted individuals programs expanded after that. Now, gang stalking lawsuits have arrived!

The old adage “first they came for the ________” is the cautionary tale of how the deep state and its various ultra-right religious and secular elements began to covertly organize society around anti-democratic and para-judicial causes which have now exploded to target ever more groups of individuals.

Scapegoating has a long history in Jewish-christian societies, and the practice is religious in nature, always bizarre, ritualistic, and arguably primitive, and the targeting of sex offenders in the early 1990’s was just part of the larger “Satanic Panic” which used junk science, ever shifting goalposts and”plastic words” to define those who these elements wished to target.

Gang Stalking Lawsuits: When the USA Today covers “targeted individual programs” its time to reassess your own position about “organized gang stalking.”

In the narrative, a rabbi dressed as a medieval wizard casts all of human “sin” into a hapless goat named Azazel, and then chases it mercilessly over a cliff, and some other plainly bizarre stuff, and then remarks that he has liberated society from sin, because now, the goat is the sinner, and bears humanities sins. Purely bizarre reasoning, and plainly a bit cockamamie too. You can read more about it here.

Like the targeted individual programs across the USA that are starting to show up in court rooms, banning and shunning is weird and anti-social, against everything these fake christians claim , but right in line with racist and xenophobic rabbinical teachings, and the stated goal of these programs is to get them to move away, Or, in the words of the Pasco County, Fl program they seek to “harass you until you sue, or move away.”

And we also see the echoes of these cult practices in the No Notoriety campaign waged by public relations and “brand manager” Tom Teves too, where some seek to influence persons in media to actively “unname” people who go on mass shooting sprees, while overlooking the social dysfunction called gang stalking that led them to that place. So, first they came for the sex offenders, and now, finally these unconstitutional targeted individual programs have exploded ito many forms, ranging from the ever morphing term “terrorist,” to the nebulous other categories of “incel car crashers,” andany of the many ever expanding categories of domestic violence and family court related cases where individuals resist no-trial based kangaroo courts.

So, in the case studies of targeted individuals, we see that they fit a pattern too, and the recent lawsuit suing the Pasco County Sheriff Chis Nocco casts light upon how sex offenders have been treated for over forty years.

Pasco Sheriff Sued for targeted harassment under “predictive policing program”.

Several individuals filed a federal lawsuit yesterday against Paco County Sheriff, Chris Nocco for repeatedly harassing them, not because of what they did, but what they “predicted” a family member might do.

Essentially, what the Pasco Sheriff did was create a “list” and then send his deputies out to their homes to surveil them at all hours of the day and night looking for petty offenses to fine or arrest them for.

When you read through the lawsuit (which is linked below), you might get a tinge of PTSD from your own experience being monitored as a person required to register as a sex offender. No individual should be subjected to harassment like this.

News articles about organized gang stalking, lawsuits and “targeted individual programs” are gaining steam in the mainstream press, four years after I waged a one person public relations blitz against this form of “intelligence led predictive policing” which is really just junk science, and orthodox biased reporting combined with equally biased data.

Unlike the stories you will find using ROGS Analysis, main stream media is partisan, and biased, and always defaults to “official sources” in the narrative. Yet recently, even the USA Today covered “targeted individual programs,” and called them by their proper name, and even cited the movie “The Minority Report,” as many gang stalking targets have discussed online too. .

Unfortunately, the “official sources” in the gang stalking discourse are all police, forensic investigators, and pro-police psychologists who encouraged the racial profiling and rampant surveillance abuses of the last two decades. You can view these scurrilous persons here, most notoriously the internet famous “anonymous poll” created by Dr. Lorraine Sheridan, whose negligent commentary on that issue has unarguably led to homicides and suicides of targeted individuals.

The Pasco sheriff’s office, in its lengthier statement, said the program is modeled after one adopted in the United Kingdom in the 1990s and that the idea is not to target anyone for harassment.

“It is the goal of the Pasco Sheriff’s Office to have a positive impact on these individuals and our community,” the statement says.

The sheriff’s statement specifically mentions the 2002 film “Minority Report,” which starred Tom Cruise as chief of a “precrime” police bureau that arrests people before any crime is committed based on information provided by psychics.

The program, the sheriff’s office says in part, is not “in any way, shape or form the ideals or implementations projected in the film ‘Minority Report.'”

A central piece of that movie is the idea that some of the psychics disagree with the majority on whether a specific person will become a criminal.

Other jurisdictions have tackled similar issues. The Los Angeles Police Department, for example, last year scrapped for financial reasons a controversial program called “Pred-Pol” that sought to predict where property crimes would occur. Critics said it focused disproportionately on Black and Hispanic communities.

So, when even the most pasty white piece of pabulum journalism on the planet earth–the USA Today— calls a targeted individual program a “targeted individual program,” you can bet that more is to come. Stay tuned.

Only sociopaths, cowards and psychopaths kill peoples pets. But when police do it, we call it “intelligence led predictive policing.”

Police routinely threaten dissenters and activists with child kidnapping and worse. In the Pasco County case, these cowards targeted children too

When psychologists study people who kill or torture animals, they label these people as sociopaths, and psychopaths, discussed here by Psychology Today. Jeffrey Dahmer is the notorious Wisconsin cannibal often held up as one such example, but there are many more. These cases give us a glimpse into what is known as “the police personality.”

But when “gang stalkers” like the Pasco County Florida’s Targeted Individual Program Chief Chris Nocco’s band of thugs threaten to torture a colleagues animal, the media is hesitant to call it what it is, as is the case with much of the police personality disorders that run rampant and amok, targeting citizens and even shamelessly targeting children.This story is from 2019, and now, more people are suing him and his thugs for gang stalking.

Gradually, the narrative is changing, thanks to ROGS Analysis of gang stalking, and even major newspapers like the USA Today are starting to talk about “targeted individuals” using the correct terminology, and here below, we see some ADL darlings* finally taking on the issue, long after ROGS was spied on, targeted, and harassed by that hate group and their associates in policing:

A former Pasco County Sheriff’s Office K-9 deputy has joined the growing list of plaintiffs who filed a federal lawsuit against Sheriff Chris Nocco and several of his high-ranking commanders.

Former deputy Cliff Baltzer says his sergeant filed a false internal affairs complaint against him in 2018 and threatened to euthanize his canine partner and then go on social media and blame Baltzer for the dog’s death

The lawsuit was first filed against top Pasco sheriff’s officials on April 16 by three plaintiffs. They alleged that Nocco and agency leaders are “intoxicated with power and will physically abuse, intimidate, incarcerate, extort, and defame in order to ensure their absolute control.”

SLICE, and:

The civil lawsuit makes a claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, often called RICO. The suit accuses high-ranking members of the department of gender discrimination, falsifying internal affairs complaints and targeting people who spoke against the department.

WE also see many of the complaints of targeted individuals validated too, such as the following:

-gang stalkers will kill your pets

-gang stalkers will frame you for crimes or other indecent acts

-gang stalkers will isolate you

-gang stalkers cannot be stopped unless the RICO Act is applied

These are just a few of the examples that targeted individuals have long written about online, because as we see now, the narrative IS changing, and gang stalkers are being sued, and even prosecuted by the DoJ as we see in the case of the ebay Gang of stalkers.

So, some four years AFTER I wrote www.researchorganizedgangstalking.org , we now see that one voice can truly change the dialectic online. And, we now see that psychologists who have gone on record denying police initiated “gang stalking,” like Dr.s Lorraine Sheridan, David V. James, and Christine Sarteschi are total frauds and liars too.

*I say “ADL darlings” because the Anti Defamation League is about as far right, and racist as any other organization that uses race as a discriminator; and they use it solely for political expediency and financial benefit. It is this powerful lobbying group of racists that do in fact have a disproportionate effect on media. As a journalist I was myself stalked and harassed by that group because I refused to publish their divisive, racist lies and propaganda, many years ago.

They are well known stalkers, and contrary to popular belief, they are as far right as any other far right group, but manage to straddle both sides of the political spectrum, on one side as a powerful right wing force in politics (the recent bombardment of Palestinians is a good example of what they support )and yet manage to convince the world that they are Jewish, and hence “victims.” WE we can see this explained by “horseshoe theory,” but also in exploring the narrative of some of their Jewish victims too.

Modern terror cells masquerade as “see something say something” types, both online and off. The reality however is much darker than mere charades and cloaked purpose, as we see time and again that “gangs” of “stalkers” aka gang stalkers are ALL intelligence agency affiliated, operating in domestic spaces, targeting civilian populations.

So, who do you call when its the cop-callers and “informers” doing the dirt?

One of the primary concerns within the gang stalking dialectic is that law enforcement and other “responsible report taking outlets” mask the clandestine activity* of intelligence agencies operating on civilian populations. There are thousands of ways to report terror related activity, simply by searching “report terror/illegal activity” and filling in your favorite agency name after that term. The only problem though, is that gang stalking IS our own people doing it, to others of our own people, which is against the law of all western nations, and even the UN Human Rights Declaration.

This voyeurism based “hiding the ball” scheme is particularly rampant in the former democracies of the west, known today as the “Five Eyes,” “Nine Eyes,”or the “Fourteen Eyes” nations, and while some forms of it it take place in every developed country, never before has the world seen the international exploitation of entire communications networks on such a scale. This form of monitoring, and then, pursuing so-called legal channels of prosecution is known as “evidence laundering” and it looks like this below:

The Five Eyes pundits yammer on about how “the communists” of Russia want to close off their internet to foreign voyeurism, and nations like “communist” China struggle with simple “fair play” in an era of rampant spying by “democratic” nations via international fiber optic cables, going so far to call this last gasp of western Jewish-christian nations the ” axis of white supremacy,” a claim that has merit, as we see echoed in the Fort Worth Weekly article about targeted individuals, people like Tiffany Fontenot, who peddle junk science and unscientific garbage like “reverse speech.*”

Tiffany Fontenot peddles the junk science of reverse speech. I listened to a recording she made and it said “I believe in reverse speech,” but when I played it backwards, is said “Herp derp I’maperp.” These crackpots hard right liars and frauds are who gang stalkers are.

These crackpots and pundits appear in force in that article to defend the practices of gang stalkers, including extra-judicial monitoring of human beings(read that article). All of this derives from police narratives, and all of it is based in pseudo-science, lies, and deceptions. Here is David Oates peddling his junk science, and here is crackpot Tiffany Fontenot peddling it too. This is important, because we also see her virulently attacking someone in the comments section of the article after her and her cyber-bullies refused to comment in that article.

The problem has been particularly highlighted since the western governments scrapped their constitutional protections in favor of totalitarian measures of a “capitalist surveillance state.”

Where once (some) people in democracies could (sort of) rely on civil liberties like free speech, due process and privacy protections–all of that was erased after 911. And what was put in its place was an intercontinental surveillance network that eradicated these protections for all citizens, backed by smear campaigns and harassment by these groups. And in turn, that put ordinary people in immediate and direct contact with intelligence agents and agencies who had weaponized the citizenry as little more than the mobs we read about in history books, but this time, armed with Fusion Centers and internet. The cat was out of the meme, and it was no longer just a joke on the internet-it was now a matter of the cat coming and crapping on your door.

Recently, I explored a few different “social engineering exploits” that were targeted at me by people in the USA and Britain, and I did some social engineering of my own, in order to prove my claims. Here is part of that here, where we see “linguistics”exploits, and social engineering exploits in action, as I gained a few (literally three followers) here at this blog, all of whom are intelligence community (IC )affiliated. I wont name them here yet, but you can look at my followers yourself.

Well, part of social exploits requires tracking and tracing gangs of stalkers, and one of the best ways to get them to reveal themselves is to start a free WordPress blog, where you talk about who they are, rather than blather on about “electronic weapons/aliens/flat earth!/LIZARD PEEPLE/ or PIZZAGATE!!!!“

Having done that, many times, I have learned a few things:

-the Gemalto hack was an exploit whose ripple effect is still being felt today, unlike the “Nokia” chipset exploit( a UK/British operation).

-they all use the number 12 or 13 symbolically, for a variety of purposes, especially derived from Jewish and christian mysticism; but also these numbers are used in other pagan, neo-pagan and so-called Satanic practices too.And, it appears in military and police practices too, where we see teams of IC agents and other secretive groups organizing around this number.

-they are all Mi5/JTRIG/CIA/NSA/DoD/Mossad affiliated (in the west). Examples can be found here, by searching “number thirteen; 13,” etc.

-they ALL talk a hard right game online (see the flat earth/PIZZAGATE reference above)

-they all have contacts in the IC, and form networks of current and former spies, primarily working in clandestine domestic theater, disguising that activity as “counterintelligence and terrorism.”

-they all use masking software/IP spoofing/online repositories to gather intel against their targets. Exploits as simple as using comment forums to collect IP addresses, to more complicated exploits like the NSA hack of Gemalto chipsets, which I will cover below.

**I am currently mapping an undersea cable network that goes from certain Asian nations to South America (with a few curious stops in between) and for some strange reason, onward to Britain and Israel, via the NSA. Feel free to write, and vindicate yourselves,and your activity on those cables, lol. But ALL gang stalking dialogues, no matter how bizarre they seem are actually intel operatives and spies talking in what I call “dialectic para-language” to each other. The old school intel agency right wing version of that christian dialectic of “reverse speech,” is where we see christian superstition extrapolating that coincidence is in fact “Satan, talking backwards,” or some other “mind control” and influence operation.The entire western narrative depends from exactly these forms of ignorant gibberish.

What is organized gang stalking? The data says it is military, police, and government affiliated activity, and that it is very real.

First and foremost, gang stalking as defined by police, military, and other surveillance state sources, including pro-prosecution psychologists and attorneys is quite different than how ordinary citizens, targeted activists, and western dissidents define gang stalking.

So what is the proper name? Look here as the DoJ prosecutes an actual “gang” of “stalkers” aka the eBay Cockroach Cult, and then, look here at how victims of Pasco County FL Sheriffs department stalking and harassment are now suing the sheriff over his gang stalking program of “predictive policing”

As such, it can be inferred that ordinary citizens, and those affiliated with the military industrial complex or security state funded sources define organized gang stalking differently because of a fundamental difference in purpose and perspective.

SO, nearly 100% of those who are provably current and former spies, police, firefighters, and community assets and their relatives who appear online and off as concerned citizens ALWAYS manage to use the bizarre terminology of “electronic weapons” and more gibberish that is associated with gang stalking, whereas actual persons who are targeted BY these people simply discuss their reactions to being followed, harassed, and so on.

As such, we can see that their are in fact, two distinct groups of people online who are involved in the discussion:

1- police, military, and state government affiliated people who yammer on about “electronic weapons, mind reading locusts, and aliens,” and then,

2- others who simply complain about bizarre activity directed at them by the groups above, ranging from what we see in the case of the eBay stalking lawsuit now being prosecuted by the US Department of Justice, to the well known case of Small Town Terrorism by Rick Krlich in Ohio, who was stalked by a small towns inner clique, ranging from firefighters to the police chief, and all of their friends and associates because he bought a house that the fire chief claimed as his own, without evidence.

Then, there are a few types of hybrid outliers that, when taken as a whole, comprise a substantial set of data indicating religious evangelism is also involved in the dialectic. Crackpots like Dr. Stella Immanuel who repeat bizarre claims of demon sex and electronic harassment by the forces of the devil.

This last group is in essence comprised of religious fanatics, and so on who also engage in the “electronic warfare” side of the dialogues, almost always with an evangelizing intention. Here is a link to Snopes.com, debunking Dr. Immanuel and her bizarre claims. UNsurprisingly, these outliers blur with the police/state factions of gibberish and psychobabble spewing crowd, as evidenced by Dr. Immanuels daughter Mima Fondong being cited in a Rotary Club newsletter *.

These various influences can easily be seen and deciphered in the many, many online blogs, videos, podcasts, and other media devoted to this topic online which is produced by current and former employees of the various US and British (and others known as the Five Eyes, FVEYs) intelligence services who comprise the gatekeeping mechanism surrounding this topic, in conjunction with various police and community assets.

Here is Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) whose founders are former NSA operatives; and who have been connected to several mass shooters, most notoriously Myron May and Aaron Alexis (Bing.com search results easily turn up nearly 42,000 results for the search language “freedom from covert harassment myron may” as of 02/04/2021).

Urban Dictionary online uses a similar process as those who created the Oxford dictionary used, which is to accept definitions from the population at large, and as demonstrated in the brilliant Mel Gibson film “The Professor and the Madman.” As such, Urban Dictionary satisfies the academic requirements and rigor followed by other esteemed dictionaries in the crafting of of defininitions.

Similarly to the phrase gang stalking, the top ranked definition in Urban Dictionarty defines organized stalking as such:

These definitions, submitted by anonymous individuals, and “upvoted” overan extensive period of time, indicate the validity and stability of this perspective over time, as well as satisfy the academic, and legal, court room standard of defining words, phrases and ideas from a layman’s perspective.

*The Rotary Clubs and many other fraternal/sorority organizations are heavily involved in gang stalking, and I have documented that in many ways across many online and offline narratives and sources, including in my own case, where I was gang stalked by identifiable Rotarians, Lions club members, and others who comprise a sort of international syndicate of stalkers, and who were also implicated in the Hong Kong riots of 2014-2020.

After the riots, mainland China sanctioned many non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who were integral to causing the so-called “pro-democracy” riots. You can glimpse that here as China sanctions the CIA-backed National Endowment for Democracy (NED) affiliated NGOs, and here is an example of how powerful and interconnected these NGOs are.

The problem with the stance and posture by the NGOs is that they do not stand for actual democracy, but in fact, religious “freedom” which is in fact just religious-mob rule, as we see with the lawlessness of gang stalking.
