1 Source Watching 1 in the gang stalking dialectic Dr.s Lorraine Sheridan, David V. James, Christine Sarteschi and a few others–these psychologists are pro-surveillance state, and anti-democracy

The most commonly cited sketchy psychologists who have gone on record claiming that gang stalking complainants are “delusional” are nearly all pro-police, pro-prosecution, and anti-democratic These range from forensic psychologists to cold case investigators, and others employed in the Prison Industrial Complex (PIC) and other for-profit carceral systems of various nations.

Here below is a short list of those who are “gang stalking denialists” that claim victims of gang stalking are likely “delusional.” By no means is this an exhaustive list, and many psychologists who seek to sell books and get press quotes can be found on this topic.

But first, the names of a few actual victims of “gangs of police stalkers” from the main stream media–decide for yourself!

Rick and Cindy Krlich bought a house next to the fire chief, in a little town in Ohio. Shortly thereafter, police, fire fighters, and their relatives and associates began to wage a ten year long “horn honking” campaign against the Krlich’s. They eventually obtained restraining orders against many of their stalkers, who were in fact, a “gang of police and their associates.” Read “Small Town Terrorism,” and meet an actual gang of gang stalkers.

The Feds are throwing the book at eBay executives for gang stalking. Inside eBay’s cockroach Cult is a story of malicious harassment of a couple writers by an actual gang of people from the corporate offices of eBay. Bizarre complaints. Ironically, the same New York Times (second linked article) is on record denying that gang stalking happens. That gang consisted of about 60% women, and included many retired cops, and “people with power,”, as predicted by ROGS Analysis.

Also, reported around the world is the notorious stalking and cold blooded murder of Ahmaud Arbery by a gang of police, retired police, investigators, and their associate. The NYT is also on record covering that case, while denying that these “gangs” of “police” are who “gang stalkers” are. That case even saw Arbery stalked for many years in a policing scheme similar to the Pasco County Florida case of “intelligence led policing,” a gang stalking lawsuit which is now working its way through the courts. Arbery’s case also saw the unwarranted use of an “electronic weapon” aimed at him in the form of a Taser, and the state of Georgia overhauled its “citizens arrest” statutes because of that case.

And, his mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones used simple SOCMINT to tie that gang of stalkers together, using the ROGS method. ROGS Analysis states that “nearly 100% of ALL gang stalking involves current and retired police, military, military intelligence agents, and their associates in state systems, and the community.”

And, that’s EXACTLY who Ms. Cooper-Jones found, and connected together so that the case could be prosecuted. Arbery’s stalkers were a disgraced former police investigator, his son, a neighbor, and a few prosecutors who recused themselves from the case because they had stalked Arbery for many years.

Then, there is the recent gang stalking lawsuit filed against Pasco County FL Sheriff for “targeting children.” The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) writes about that in that exact language, saying “Pasco County’s Sheriff Must End Its Targeted Child Harassment Program.”

Source Watch The Following Psychologists, false narratives, and bad sources who claim that complaints of gang stalking are “delusional.”

There are indeed many more of these cases coming to light as the practice of “police gang stalking” aka “threat assessment informed, intelligence led, predictive policing,” slowly is revealed in the press. In the meantime, here below are a few of those who are quoted in media as “experts” about gang stalking, and all of them claim it is a ‘delusion.”

Here is the general smear that repeats itself in the press:

Mental health experts are troubled that a “delusional” belief system — which leads believers to fear they are constantly being watched or harassed and has even been linked to mass shootings — is now advertised on Vancouver’s public transit system.

The ads are about beliefs called “organized stalking” or “gang stalking”. It holds that conspirators, perhaps dozens of them, are stalking and harassing “targeted individuals” by damaging their personal property in subtle ways or spreading rumours about them.

Some targeted individuals also believe they are victims of “electronic assaults”: torture via weapons from sci-fi movies like microwave rays and body-implanted microchips often with mind-control powers.

However, researchers agree these beliefs are usually caused by some sort of mental disorder.

And here below are a few of the most prominent disinformation agents who are quoted as “experts” based on one single study where Dr. Lorraine Sheridan literally interviewed “the internet,” and used that commentary as her source. Laughably bad, junk science.

  • Dr. Lorraine Sheridan notoriously went on record in the New York Times touting her internet famous online poll where she interviewed “the anonymous internet” for data about organized gang stalking, and denying that gang stalking is a social phenomenon, She attempted to discredit those who complain of OGS by stating that “they are likely delusional.” Quite ironically, the same NYT is on record documenting actual complaints of “microwave/noise/health attacks” on US diplomats who most experts agree were targeted with some type of electronic weapon. Sheridan’s work is not to be taken seriously by any researcher, nor is the NYT a source to cite on this issue.
  • Dr. David V. James of the North London Forensic Service is co-author to the Sheridan internet poll, and one of a long line of political psychologists whose work is used to prop up the police and surveillance state, notoriously a DVIC darling, authoring study after study about stalking. Here he is propping up the complaints of politicians. It seems that just about every six seconds, the highly published Dr. James can crank out a new paper about how politicians, cops and state-friendly psychologists are all “victims of potential stalkers,” as justification for increasing spending on even MORE police. Go figure.
  • Christine Sarteschi is an associate professor of social work and criminology who has a book to sell, she’s a pro-police voice, and gang stalking denialist. She leans right, and is in every way affiliated with actual “gang stalkers” of the type discussed in the Fort Worth Weekly piece called “Gangstalkers.” She is also affiliated with the women’s networks of “domestic violence and family court related gang stalkers,” and is on record with the Canadian Broadcast System(CBC) in a series of disinformation pieces about gang stalking.

Most despicably, she calls gang stalking a “belief system,” as if its some form of religion. Then, note her language here “Their perpetrators are typically perceived to be powerful government or law enforcement officials, who are seeking to destroy the life of the TI , ” and compare that to this recent gang stalking lawsuit filed by the Institute for Justice against the Pasco County Sheriffs office where ACTUAL police and government officials were indeed seeking to destroy the lives of many people, using the bullshit junk science of invasive, and harassing “predictive policing” and whose victims are indeed discussed as “targeted persons” exactly as we see in the lawsuits against the Pasco County FL sheriff in the courts today. The Tampa Bay Times won a Pulitzer Prize for their series about those cases–and none of the reporters used the people in this list as sources.

Nice how these social workers provide cover for dirty, unconstitutional policing, huh?

Here below is the piece that appeared in the CBC hit piece, which acted as cover for Canada’s “predictive policing” and targeting program, whose main propaganda persons are religious right wing “save the women” anti-porn, anti-prostitution types who are the same groups that stalk abortion clinics, and have co-opted feminism in every way.

“I have not seen any evidence, good, hard evidence, to suggest that this is an actual thing that happens to people,” said Christine Sarteschi”

  • Dr. Mike Wood is part of the trend in psychologists taking government funding to “combat conspiracy theories,” a vast majority of which have turned out to be true. And note that his Twitter handle is @disinfoagent–at least he is honest about that. Remember the good old days when they told us that people who believed the government was tracking us, and compiling vast databases of our lives? Yeah–conspiracy indeed: welcome to the FVEYs alliance, and the warehousing of our entire online, electronic lives at the Utah Data Center
  • Ella Free is a “woman of mystery” and there is no actual bio or photo of her anywhere online, though there are several named Ella Free in religiously conservative regions of the Deep South. Strange, considering that her website and online presence claims tentacles all over the world. There are also connections to “womens empowerment” pseudo-feminists from Texas See for yourself.

I reserve my opinion about Ms. Free until further research, but I do find her commentary and interviews with victims of Big Data, and security industries targeting and harassing homeless people, and collecting databases of their DNA, etc. Have a look at this podcast with Bryan Kofron where Kofron discusses how Amazon Corporation trains security guards for gang stalking operations, keeping in mind that Jeff Bezos is a descendant of Stalin era experiments.

I find that interesting because I was also once a security guard, aka a “bouncer” in an industry that was targeted by the deep state, and I sued a “police affiliated” security company that targeted me as well. That is documented at www.reseachorganizedgangstalking.org .

See the photo below which I shot from a Canon camera in Hollywood, CA back in 2016-17, for further information, as I was personally documenting how security companies are assisting large property developers targeting homeless people on Venice Beach, CA. so that real estate values rise.

Is gang stalking a delusion? Do gang stalkers follow people around, and snap photos of them? Indeed, they do.

CIA and gang stalking: former senior level agent John Sipher talks about “sonic weapons” attacks in Cuba and around the world, misses the boat on “third party punishment.”

Gang stalking for journalists, psychologists, sociologists, and criminologists

The most common mistake that any agent–from any agency anywhere–can make about the perpetration of strange or bizarre or illegal events is to approach data from political perspective, or to blame the “common enemies,” because in spook word, sometimes its “our common allies and friends” that could be the cause agents of said events.

During my time overseas, I have had personal experience with several of these “attacks.” In the 1980s and 1990s, the Soviet and then Russian intelligence services deployed doses of nitrophenyl pentaden (NPPD) against American diplomats whom they suspected of managing espionage operations against Russian interests. This so-called “spy dust” was an invisible electromagnetic powder with a customized chemical identifier. It was smeared onto door handles, furniture and cars of suspected American spy handlers. It was a tagging agent used by Russian security elements to covertly monitor their own community by revealing unreported (and potentially espionage related) contacts between Russian and American officials. It was somewhat ingenious.

John Sipher, former senior level CIA agent

SO when analyzing the Cuba Sonic Attacks, aka “health attacks,” one former CIA agent advises that we remain skeptical of the common narrative, while also talking us through the variety of purely bizarre activities that one encounters in the covert life. And equally, that exact agent reveals his own shortsightedness, or deliberate bias by sticking with the narrative that “Russia did it,” while skipping over other third parties who had and have many tactical reasons for why they would want to do these things, regardless of the US politics.

So, have a good read through some stuff from spook world, and note how the activity herein mirrors the claims of “targeted individuals” in every way.

Then, we follow that trail, we find equally interesting commentary on Pastebin (follow the link below, as I am having an Iframe problem right now):

https://pastebin.com/embed_iframe/PYHcpsrw

From that Pastebin:

John Sipher, former CIA leaderhsip guy, says cuba attacks probably just malfunctioning survelliance equipment

…There has been no shortage of theories as to the reasons for the attacks, some speculating that it was payback against specific individuals, a possible operation by third parties (the Russians?) to drive a wedge between the U.S. and Cuba,

…Why don’t I believe this was an attack intended to harm diplomats?   First, I don’t think the timing or diplomatic atmosphere accords with such hostile action by the Cuban government. U.S. and Canadian diplomats reported their symptoms in the fall of 2016. At that time, the Obama Administration had relaxed diplomatic relations with Cuba

a lapse in reasoning for Sipher? says in same article could be third party stirring shit, then cites as reason to not believe intended to harm diplomats since “diplomatic atmosphere” between Cuba and U.S. friendly at that time.  In most of his other writings, Sipher disposed to blame Russia for everything:

So, for psychologists who wish to protect their reputations, and journalists who seek to report on “gang stalking” keep in mind that most of it is straight out of spook world, and that the activity that your parient/source/other describes will indeed be “bizarre” at times. Keep an open mind, and test the validity of their claims, and you will see that gang stalking is not all that mysterious, once you know where to look, and how to interpret narratives.

Main Stream Journalists and gang stalking denialism: separating good journalism about gang stalking from disinformation: Ned Beauman, UK New Statesman

Throughout this blog, you will note that I, the author, am affiliated with, or frequently reference journalists who have won the coveted Pulitzer Prize. To whit, Carl Bernstein, the journalist who exposed President Nixon’s “black operations” has said that historically, the CIA has been quite active at every level of major media, gatekeeping and steering our perceptions. And certainly, by inference, we can extrapolate that many other spooks and agencies are active in this regard too.

But intelligence agencies are not the only major players infiltrating and manipulating willing puppets: let’s meet the psychiatric meta-narrative in gang stalking discourse, by contrasting one reputable journalist with several frauds and liars who work in main stream establishment journalism.

I like to call bullshit when I read it, and have followed this topic for over two decades. SO when the UK’s New Statesman went on record denying gang stalking in 2013, and mocking the claim that gang stalkers will “ruin peoples lives,”I was personally being stalked by named security contractors and others. So, as an early journalism casualty of the post-9/11 surveillance abuses, and as the western Five Eyes partners were being revealed in the press due to efforts of people like me; and just before whistle blower Edward Snowden exposed the deep state and fled to Russia, a “narrative” was being crafted in the press about gang stalking.

Related reading: The Coalition for Ethical Psychology(CEP) response to the American Psychological Association (APA) after that organization was complicit in mind control and torture during the Iraq war and at Guantanamo Bay Cuba, , ongoing. Aso see Dr. Seth Farber, Ph.D’s essay “The Psychiatric Metanarrative, Targeted Individuals and the Deep State” on the discrediting of TIs using a pseudo scientific psychiatric narrative which dismisses all of them as non-compliant “psychotics, and egregiously asserts the innocence of the deep state..”

No one has ever come forward as a perpetrator. But large numbers of people have come forward as victims

Ned Beauman, The New Statesman, 23 May 2013

That criminals seldom come forward and admit to crimes like stalking and worse should come as a surprise to absolutely no one, except enablers like Beauman, and the criminals themselves. Admitting to being a gang stalker would open up new avenues of investigation and prosecution. We see this in the recent cases of gang stalking that have been revealed in the press–like the eBay gang of stalkers where eBay executives, former police, and their associates were indicted for gang stalking; or the case of Rose McGowan, who was gang stalked across continents by the Israeli spy firm Black Cube-we see why these people do not come forward and admit to what they do.

Related Story: Actress Rose McGowan is suing Black Cube and Harvey Weinstein for gang stalking her

One of the main tenets of the psychological meta-narrative that is on full display in the state sponsored “official source” narrated media around this topic, is that people who claim they are gang stalked are “delusional” and might feel that people are mocking them. So I want to be on record, mocking those who mock others in this way. To whit, Ned Beauman has written about gang stalking in exactly that mocking tone (and note Mr. Beauman’s own syntax and spelling errors in his piece), :

these bloggers are part of an online community centred on a phenomenon called gang stalking. Gang stalking, according to one website:

.” . is a covert investigation that is opened on an individual. The individual is then placed under overt and covert forms of surveillance. The person is followed around 24/7. Foot patrols and vehicle patrols are used to follow the individual around, as part of the monitoring process . . . The secondary goals seem to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goal seems to be to drive the target to forced suicide.

Gang stalking has been linked with, but doesn’t necessarily involve, remote mind control. No one has ever come forward as a perpetrator. But large numbers of people have come forward as victims.”

Beauman then goes on to repeat all of the bizarre, psychobabbling, unsubstantiated claims that most state-source bloggers and pundits frequently fill the internet with, and claims which few actual targeted individuals ever make themselves. These bizarre narratives act as cover for the actual surveillance state that has been built up around every citizen by Big Tech, working with governments around the world to actually target every individual who uses a communications device or computer online “24-7.”

Like most of the crackpots gang stalking denialists online, Beauman goes on to quote some poorly sourced gibberish as he spins his narrative, but also admits to having an “addiction” to reading gang stalking stories onlie, as if it is fan fiction. Such is the mindset of gang stalking denialists:

Reading about gang stalking online can be dispiriting, because one has the sense that someone such as Tausk really ought to be intervening. But I confess I also find it addictive. For instance, consider one blogger who believes even birds and animals are his enemies:

Birds, pigeons and crows, that can be controlled to fly (screaming) over me, to land in my garden when I walk into my kitchen and look outside, to crash into my kitchen window and car front window while driving. Birds, pigeons, that come sit, walk, on the roof of my house when I am upstairs having sex. Cats walking by like being programmed. Barking of dogs, flying away ducks etc, not by mind control but by beaming these animals with laser beams (directed energy weapons).

To working journalists and especially investigative journalists who cover any stories of merit, its no secret that the CIA/FBI/DHS et alphabet agencies control–or attempts to control–major narratives in nation wide and international media. Carl Bernstein wrote that “The CIA’s use of the American news media has been much more extensive than Agency officials have acknowledged publicly or in closed sessions with members of Congress

This claim, made in the 1970’s is as true today as it was then, but with even more media outlets to infiltrate and exploit. I myself was “handled” to a former CIA agent many years ago, as I studied the craft of writing for the theater. But I realized then what a farce journalism is if in fact, we all must become de facto agency rats, deceiving the public, rather than maintaining a balance between the public’s interest, and democratic processes. So lets take a look at how Bernstein grappled with the problem stated by Beauman above–that problem of “no gang stalkers have come forwards as a perpetrator.”

Bernstein said “The CIA’s use of the American news media has been much more extensive than Agency officials have acknowledged publicly or in closed sessions with members of Congress. The general outlines of what happened are indisputable; the specifics are harder to come by. CIA sources hint that a particular journalist was trafficking all over Eastern Europe for the Agency; the journalist says no, he just had lunch with the station chief. CIA sources say flatly that a well‑known ABC correspondent worked for the Agency through 1973; they refuse to identify him. A high‑level CIA official with a prodigious memory says that the New York Times provided cover for about ten CIA operatives between 1950 and 1966; he does not know who they were, or who in the newspaper’s management made the arrangements.”

So, Bernstein encountered exactly what any journo will encounter with these cases, that certain lack of credible sources, because in gang stalking, in contrast to international spying, these gangs of stalkers are indeed committing criminal acts, and unlike the CIA, they do not always have plausible deniability. And that is their weakness. Start there, and use these free investigative tools to trace the webs of gang stalkers in your own life, or in a story you are writing.

But do not accept as “credible” articles and the writers who write them, because, sometimes, police who stalk others as if they are “gang members” do in fact come forwards, as we see here below, and the indict the exact same agencies and actual conspiracies that every actual targeted individual indicts too:

Malcolm X’s family releases letter alleging FBI, police role in his death

The letter, written by a deceased police officer, stated that the New York Police Department and FBI were behind the 1965 killing of the famed Black activist.

The letter released at a news conference on Saturday was attributed to a former undercover NYPD officer named Raymond Wood. His cousin Reggie Wood joined some of Malcolm X’s daughters at the news conference at the site where the Audubon Ballroom once stood to make the letter public.

Raymond Wood’s letter stated that he had been pressured by his NYPD supervisors to lure two members of Malcolm X’s security detail into committing crimes that resulted in their arrest just days before the fatal shooting. Those arrests kept the two men from managing door security at the ballroom and was part of conspiracy between the NYPD and FBI to have Malcolm X killed

A world of police informants, rats and snitches: a peek at the sordid practice of entrapment, harassment, and police/agency informants in the gang stalking dialectic

“Judas and the Black Messiah,” a story of rats, snitches, and FBI black ops tells the story of Fred Hampton, a black activists who was not only stalked, by “gangs of police” but murdered in outrageous circumstances. My own father saw the actual door where official narratives said Hampton was firing rounds out of that door, when in fact, my fathers testimony, and that of many others confirmed over the years that not a single bullet was being fired out of that door, and every bullet was going in to that door.

Talk about a great and actual “gang stalking” story, and this is it. Literally, we see the gangs of notoriously racist, corrupt Chicago cops, “bizarre” directed conversations, lots of stalking, and the FBI pulling strings and orchestrating actual assassinations( yeah, I know, tell me again how ‘my time is up’…).

Watching this film wouldn’t be complete without reading the incredible story “The Last Hours of William O’Neal,” from the Chicago Reader. Its the counter-narrative to many gang stalking stories, that of Bill O’Neal, who ratted out Black Panthers Fred Hampton’s and Mark Clark; a snitch on a “police string,” who spent his final hours in my hometown, the first integrated suburb of Chicago, contemplating his own suicide in a bathroom.

From that excellent piece, we can also trace the phony claims of mental illness in a “targeted individual” who had become entrapped between corrupt police on one hand, and a social movement on the other. And we see how the “bizzarre and constant Catch-22s of a targeted individuals life are often misconstrued as “mental illness” or “suicidal ideation,” and so on. We see also, the state patrol of that jurisdiction “coincidentally” right there on the scene as the snitch kills himself. They are never there when you need them, right?

Another Catch-22-by-design, or as CIA financed brain scrubber and doper Gregory Bateson would have us contemplate, maybe “targeted individuals” of “gang stalking” are just in a double bind, like a stupid dolphin. Learned helplessness, and despair, the combined impotence of a two tiered society; the ever-replicating lizard people-like victory of the corruption of American policing meeting CIA ideology at the starting gate of “justice” where everyone is an intelligence “asset” or worse, a disposable like Bill O’Neal.

This is how they do it, generation after generation.

Very few people in truly democratic societies are likely to say that cooperating with law enforcement is a bad thing. The problem is though, that western democracies bear little resemblance to democracies in any way whatsoever, and the “laws” that are “enforced” are not based in anything resembling constitutional due process, or civil rights. There’s lots of enforcing, and what is called “high policing,” and lots of “law,” but little of those rights are enforceable to or for the average person, which some scholars note has created a two tiered justice system in the “democratic” USA.

John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute noted this curious modern paradox in 2013, but it has been going on longer than that:

We now live in a two-tiered system of justice and governance. There are two sets of laws: one set for the government and the corporations, and another set for you and me.

The laws which apply to the majority of the population allow the government to do things like rectally probe you during a roadside stop, or listen in on your phone calls and read all of your email messages, or indefinitely detain you in a military holding cell. These are the laws which are executed every single day against a population which has up until now been blissfully ignorant of the radical shift taking place in American government.”

Calling modern western democracies either “liberal,” or “democratic” is a total misnomer in every way, which is all established fact, getting worse by the hour, and as such, there cannot be democracy in such a situation. Regardless of whether we decide to call the current system a Plutocracy, Oligarchy, a surveillance capitalist sytem, or a police state, regardless, it is a system designed solely to obstruct those who insist upon equality before the law, and constitutional democracy, yet who do not have social power or connection to enforce such a system.

Must Read on Background: Freemasonry and Black Nationalism, by Fred Milliken is a stunningly well documented examination of the roots of Black Nationalism, and the intellectual base of the earliest black freemasons who eventually established in modern Liberia “The United States is a dizzying kaleidoscope of religious belief and practice, a situation rooted in the country’s originsin part, anywayas a haven for religious dissidentsBut not all of these strangers arrived by choice. African slaves first arrived in Jamestown in 1607, the same year the colony was founded.”

In fact, western democracies appear to the outsider to be little more than localized gangs of police, working within a secret surveillance capitalist system, whose main tools of social engineering are exploiting religion, race, gender and privilege; who work at the behest of wealthy, privileged persons who are primarily of white, European and Jewish descent*; and whose funding derives from institutional and corporate power with the sole goal of vigorously policing the mutual protection societies of the poor, the disenfranchised, the marginalized, and the immigrant.

This is such a “truism” that entire portions of our national narrative now regularly highlight these facts, and the re-establishment of one or another form of peonage, debt bondage, or slavery, regardless of what our constitution grants us, and as you yourself can watch in the PBS documentary “Slavery by Another Name.”

I recall learning firsthand that modern policing of the individual (which historically derives from the wealthy classes containing and policing peons and slaves, throughout all of history) begins when those individuals attempt to aid their communities outside the structures and purview of the “higher powers” such as state and local governments that have failed their people (which American blacks notoriously suffered from), and the various “charities” and related NGOs that do the bidding of eugenicists and other mayhem; that community aid given freely and deliberately without certificate or approval of the local community authorities is itself a threat to such societies.

That is what a “threat narrative” is in such societies-organized or self sufficient communities that do not take top down orders from the echelons of local power that takes its orders from hidden “high police” who have other agendas. And, that community organizing and self-policing is somehow a threat to institutional policing, because it subverts the anti-democratic nature of policing itself. The case of the missing and murdered Ferguson activists, and that some point the finger to the Ford Foundation (not-ironically founded by Henry Ford, a Nazi sympathizer; even less ironically headed by a gay black man who will never procreate) clearly demonstrates that this problem has not disappeared.

Image result for Black Panthers Food Drive. Size: 313 x 160. Source: www.eater.com

For example, the Black Panthers started policing their communities exactly as ghetto dwellers had done for centuries, because in fact, it was the police from outside their communities, coming into their communities who were waging racially charged cultural war on them, and targeting the little resources they had, starting the most basic civil rights, like freedom of association, and even the right to maintain basic family units. Then, extending to issues much larger, like food security.

Infamously, while the mainstream media fed my generation image after image of the BPP holding weapons as they policed their neighborhoods, and highlighted only the imagery of black people who had been gang stalked by the police and the Klan–it was something far more innocuous that the Panthers did, and became highly targeted for: they tried to feed people in those communities, highlighting the link between food security and self-sustenance as a “threat” to those who did not reside in those communities, but who policed them relentlessly.

But the BPP weren’t the first to be declared enemies of the state for trying to feed people in the US, which is now and has always been a bastion of anti-democratic forces that hide their pseudo-religion in leveraging food against freedom. The Great Depression revealed that America was under the influence of the forever war, which came to that shore in 1913, and by 1929 had busted its banking system wide open. At that time, the rally cry of “the communists are feeding people!” was deployed at every soup kitchen and work camp supper table. Indeed, communism was filling a need that capitalism was not in that era.

<p value="<amp-fit-text layout="fixed-height" min-font-size="6" max-font-size="72" height="80">Pure capitalism has always failed at feeding the masses, much less allowing them to create their own food gardens in "public" spaces. While discussing Fremasonry in terms of gang stalking often invokes charges of “conspiracy theory” from the heathens and the ignorant (and unsurprisingly, lots of Freemasons), it is well established fact that this is what western social structures are built upon, though its difficult to explain to the uninitiated. Far more easy to understand this then, is to observe the modern sense of order that has arisen in the years since slavery, and to observe Freemasonry in action within other societies. LIberia is a good example of that, but there are many more.

Mental health, gang stalking, 5150, and the threat narrative of the Domestic Violence Industrial Complex (DVIC)

Double jeopardy is specifically discussed and defined in the United States Constitution, and it is anti-constitutional to deploy it as a weapon of state control of individuals. Yet every day, year in and year out, states across America have legions of individuals under state control,”24/7″ via the practice of double jeopardy.

From Project Censored, we get a glimpse of this unconstitutional practice:

Civil Commitment: The New Double Jeopardy

January 26, 2021

Civil Commitment: The New Double Jeopardy

After completion of a prison sentence, individuals considered a danger to society can continue to be held indefinitely under what is called “civil commitment.” Civil commitment, which has been instituted in at least 20 states, is a legal process by which criminals convicted of sexual assaults, and shown to have a  mental illness, are legally declared a danger to society and confined indefinitely in treatment facilities following their release from prison.

After  prison, individuals who are considered a threat to society are presented before a judge who makes the final decision of whether there is enough probable evidence for a civil commitment trial. Additionally, individuals sometimes receive treatment while awaiting trial and the information disclosed in confidentiality during these sessions has been used against them in the trial.

Though the U.S. Constitution specifically outlaws double jeopardy, it is practiced in every state of the union, and that started in the VAWA era of 1993, with the sex offender laws and so-called domestic violence laws of the post-Porn Wars, where we saw so-called feminists united with ultra-conservatives to eradicate pornography, and even sex itself, outside of marriage.

Further and more despicably, we saw the re-enshrinement of highly gendered discourse that “protects women and children” from “male violence,” and excused women from culpability for crimes of the domestic arena. Despite the courts having ruled against double jeopardy for juvenile offenders many on the sex offenders lists are juveniles whose alleged crimes took place before the legal age of maturity, and the double jeopardy of lifetime listing creates the false appearance of harmful individuals and denies any second chances.

The net goal of these fake Porn Wars era feminists, and their religion afflicted neocon supporters was that they further enshrined the sexism, and gender bias of pre-porn wars era’s, and in their quest for power, they allied themselves with the exact institutional and structural elements built by religious conservatives and police powers that have historically maintained gender separation, and gender inequality for all of time.

Here is what the constitution says about double jeopardy:

“The constitutional prohibition against ‘double jeopardy’ was designed to protect an individual from being subjected to the hazards of trial and possible conviction more than once for an alleged offense. . . . The underlying idea, one that is deeply ingrained in at least the Anglo-American system of jurisprudence, is that the State with all its resources and power should not be allowed to make repeated attempts to convict an individual for an alleged offense, thereby subjecting him to embarrassment, expense and ordeal and compelling him to live in a continuing state of anxiety and insecurity, as well as enhancing the possibility that even though innocent he may be found guilty.”39 A second “vitally important interest[ ]” embodied in the Double Jeopardy Clause “is the preservation of ‘the finality of judgments.’ ”

Beyond the unconstitutionality of this practice, what is revealed is the nature of how “third party punishment” is utilized to target individuals who have the misfortune of being caught up in this systemic abuse. And unsurprisingly, it is psychologists, social workers, parole officers and other state agents that act as de facto “Punishers” enacting post-VAWA and post-Clinton COPS era punishments that are termed as “community oriented policing,” but in fact act as a due process and civil liberty crushing mechanism in the hands of those who practice it.

All of that is documented in cases of “targeted individuals,” of “organized gang stalking,”that range from all of the well known complaints of being stalked by Citizens On Patrol, and other block club type of members as we saw in the case of Ahmaud Arbery, murdered in cold blood by one such gang; and daily harassment like garbage thrown in their yards, to the more heinous practices outlined in this article by Teri Webster, where we see the account of a so-called sex offender getting boxed in by semi-trailer trucks on the freeway, or as the local fire department records his house with a camera, “24/7.”

Related Story: Ahmaud Arbery was out jogging one day when a gang of stalkers murdered him in cold blood. That gang, like ALL gangs of stalkers, included a retired police detective, who was on the phone with police dispatch, and that detectives son. It also included a neighbor who tried to hit Arbery with a car, and a local prosecutor who had targeted Arbery for several years. That “bizarre” stalking included one attempt several years earlier to use an actual electronic weapon–a Taser–to assault Arbery without cause, which was captured on a horrifying video. His mother will be holding a vigil on February 23rd to mark the anniversary of his murder.

This practice of double jeopardy has expanded into other areas of law, particularly in cases that are settled with plea deals, and other administrative processes that cleverly avoid jury trials. And it has ballooned since 9-11 from merely targeting sex offenders to the wider social practice of what we see in the case of the eBay stalkers targeting writers and critics outside of the law. The practice is so widespread, that we see online search engines exploding with requests for data on “gang stalking” and its practitioners too, with hundreds of thousands of searches added each year.

Then, there is the complaint of complete gas lighting of this topic in main stream media too, though journalists are starting to see the light in pieces such as this, this, or this.

Again, from Project Censored:

Sarah Lazare of In These Times reports that after talking to numerous individuals with first-hand knowledge, including those held in civil commitment, this process does the opposite of what it has set forth to do. People confined under civil commitment statutes report enduring verbal abuse, inadequate care for their mental health, and an extension of the prison environments they came from with little rehabilitation. Moreover, the tests and evaluation tools used to assess whether an individual’s progress through their mental health treatment—such as polygraph “lie detectors” – are not “universally accepted as sound science.”

Those incarcerated as a result of civil commitment find themselves doing more time for the same crime. Lazare found that at one civil commitment treatment facility in Illinois, Rushville, 288 people – or half of the people being held in the institution—had been held for more than 10 years, including 76 people in custody at Rushville since it opened in 2006.

Here below is more about the Clinton COPS program, which was enacted in 1994 alongside the ultra pandering, incredibly paternalistic, sexist and religion tainted Violence Against Women Act, or VAWA:
